The argument is this! In our view (the twosome)a ball is hit over a tree that is the beginning of the woods tailing to go deeper. Once again there are no stakes at all, just a heavily wooded area. The ball was found in center of wooded area. After driving cart to search ball, there's an opening of fair play behind tree (couldn't visually see ball fly in fair play but had a fair possibility its flight traveled in bound past tree. Want to know if you can't see entire flight whats the fairest measure to take? Does he drop past tree where it may have flown in fair play or does he not get to advance ball and drop in line of visual entry?

I was talking to this girl and we were getting along really well, so anyway she got a piece of paper from the bar and wrote something on it. I tried ringing it but kept getting a weird tone.
I saw her last night walking down town. And i said hey that number didnt work!! She said oh sorry thats my fax no. i dont like giving out my mobile!

I asked her if she was on chrystalized methadone, to which she took offence!!! So i took her purse and burned all her money. Was i in the wrong? i feel kinda bad, she had no more money for a taxi home.

I admire the Jehovah's Witnesses very much. I have found them to be kind, gentle, environmentally progressive, and anti-war. I just got one problem. "The Jehovah's Witnesses" is a 7 syllable phrase. It is too long. I want to start a new phrase, "The JW's". (the jay-double-yous)This phrase is only 4 syllables long and much easier to say.

Who will join me and utilize this new phrase "The JW's"?
Also is there anyone who is offended by this phrase?

I have had a few ghosty experiences.....
Until now I didn't really believe in ghosts.... but for some reason I am really scared of this house.
I spend a lot of time here alone and although I have good heating and lighting etc... the house will all of a sudden go sooo cold and the lights will flicker and sometimes completely go out.
One night while I was in bed, my tv started up, and then when I walked out into the lounge room it turned off.
There have been times when I have come home after a day away from the house and when I walked in the stereo was playing.
I know it sounds wierd, but because I am so remote from anyone else and I have a security system on the house there is no way anyone could have entered the house.

I just found a townhome that I really like that was listed at 120K. My real estate agent and the seller's agent work for the same company. I told my real estate agent to make write up an offer for 110K. She was pushing heavily for me to make a full price offer. She finished the contract for the 110K offer and she was like "I'm positive they are going to coutner offer." The contract wasn't signed and I didn't turn in any earnest money or option money. I'm approved for a lot more and I think that she won't turn in the contract and she'll just tell me "The seller asked for 115K" or something like that in an effort to push her commission up. My questions are: can an offer be submitted without a signed contract, earnest money, and option money? Does she have to give me written notification from the seller showing contract submittal?

I am not trying to be rude but I am curious. I know that meat is out and I consder that to be beef, pork, venison,rabbit, ect.. Waht is the vegetarian's definaition? I am having a party and want to make sure that I have a vegetarian dish that would be acceptable. Thanks.

Well, all the guys i know go from girl to girl to girl with no problems, yet im unable to get just one, been single for 4 years now and i think thats long enough, how come everyone around me is so lucky & get to pick & choose & i cant?.

DH had cancer and went thru 2 surgeries and radiation .
Not one of our so-called neighbour friends came over to see us, call on the phone, bring a dollar store card, or write a note to see how we were doing . They knew all about it, so there was no excuse. They would just hide if they saw us coming up the driveway. Im so upset about it.
