like i was wearing a skirt and he was feeling me up on my legs and butt and then he tried lifting my shirt but i told him lifting my shirt was too far so he just put his hands on my back and stuff

well you can tell what it is that he wants
he only wants you for fun that is why he doesent tell you anything you should whatch out with what you do don let your self get touched by some one that is nothing to you
it is more thatn obvious what it is that he wants
and why are you so despret for having a BF you have your life ahead of you, to early to be geting scared of not having a BF yet
just keep having healthy fun difrent ways

He feels you up but can't ask you out. From what you said it's like he makes close contact with your body may be by touching your hands or something else but he has'nt popped the question '' Can i go out with you?'' I think there's something hidden your not seeing in him. When he comes around to feel you try to talk a little about yourselves and see his reactions to your questions and don't forget to ask him his idea about going out with a girl., you can use yourself as the girl for an example. Say it in a playful way. Then you'll see if his really interested in you to the point of asking you out or his just a friend or his just making a fool of you. His shyness will be revealed either as a frame up or his really shy and if he is, if you really want him you'll get him. Your a girl, i trust your passion for the right guy! Nothing weird about it. This is why you shouldn't have sex at your age. You just got felt up. Imagine if you offered more! Guys in their teens are full of raging hormones. Most of them could care less about you. They just want the thrill of sexual experiences. I don't think the guy is shy. I think he got what he wanted from you. You had better take control of your life and your body and protect it, or you're going to wind up pregnant or with a disease.... and STILL no boyfriend. Find a guy that will respect your boundaries.

Shy? Right. You said it yourself, he felt you up. I don't think he is shy at all. Some guys just want the instant gratification, and nothing else. They just want a quick fix and no work involved. Wait until you find someone who just doesn't want to feel on you and leave.

I don't mean to be harsh, but it's pretty obvious. The guy's not shy, rather your behavior is easy. If he can get what he wants without a formal relationship, why would he bother to ask you out? Get some self respect.

well i have been felt up by guys millions of times and im 13. well most of them just did it to do it. they didnt like me and i didnt like them. im sorry but guys are like that. they are horny and perves and will do anything. maybe this guy really does like you. usually guys are age do forget you. but i bet he will ask to feel you up again. guys are weird and they dont know how girls feel. we get too attached when it comes to sexual stuff and guys dont. well thats what my school consoler said when i ask her something like this. well good luck with the whole bf thing.

Free feeling up with no attatchments. He might think you are pretty, but probably doesn't view you as dating material. And if he feels you up he is in no way shy.

he probablly doesnt want a girlfriend just something to do. your only14 you cant make it too easy. dont let guys feel you up until after oyu went out.
