I have cross country practice every morning and we run about 3-4 miles for the first month then we start speed work. After we run I go out and run 3 more miles every evening. My concern is i dont feel like I am eating enough, so about how many calories should I eat in a day to run.

I dont dare mess with them and so was considering building a stained wood support post around them, is that a bad idea? patio is concrete, the roof is conenected to the mainone and the roofer said it all will have to be removed and redone if that roof wiggles much so I am not cool with taking them out but they are rusty and ugly can I unrust them? will kilz work ? it is a 1950s ranch

I am going on a vacation and both of these are with in easy driving distance. We are going to one or the other. I have looked online but was curious as to if anyone out there had been to both and which they liked better. Or just your general experience at one or the other.

We are going during the week, will lines be better at one than the other?

We have no kids, just two adults, so which is better for adults?

I am 18yrs old and am planning a trip to Toronto (I currently am living in Buffalo, NY) and was curious as to what age it is required to rent a hotel room in Toronto? Though I am of legal age in the United States, I was not sure if I would have to be 19 or if my US citizenship legal age would carry over. Thank you!

some of you may be familiar with my situation....

anyway, i replaced the air and fuel filters and replaced the fuel lines- lots of muck in there. the engine seems to have improved a bit but its still not up to my specs. watch the vid:

is the engine supposed to rev higher, as it does when i move the throttle with my finger? why doesnt it stay all the way at the end? there is a small spring attached to that same arm, is that for the governor?
please help! im so close to getting this tractor perfect!!

last night, a local broadcaster likened Cleveland Indians starting pitcher Fausto Carmona to a young Pedro Martinez. I am not much of a stats person so I am interested in feedback on this commentary. On a sidenote, I am greatly disappointed that Adam Miller looks like he will not be a call up this season due to more inflammation with his elbow. Any thoughts on Carmona, Miller, Tribe pitching in general is welcome in this post.

I have the most beautiful, most smart wife and I cannot see myself without her. We have been married for 9 years and have been dating since she was 15. I love her and have done everything for her including putting her through school. About three weeks I found out she had an affair for two years with another and was planning a future with him. Because I married her really young I tried not to be in her face alot and gave her alot of space. She has always taken good care of me as a wife, cooking, cleaning, managing my finances well. We have no kids. She graduated from university of honors. She now has a way better paying job than me. She is 24 and I am 36 about 12 years older than her. She was to leave me. Even though she cheated I am willing to forgive her. Even if I ever lost everything in this world I want her. Everything was going well until I saw emails and pictures of her with him and his family. His family loves her. Everyone who meets her loves her. I can't let go, Please Help!

The Reverend Phelps (no I've never heard of him either) says that Ireland has a 'f@g inspired criminal law' because in Ireland it's an "offence for a person to use words that are threatening, abusive or insulting and are likely to stir up hatred against a group of persons on account of their sexual orientation"
Obviously Phelps views this as contrary to his beliefs that he should be allowed to threaten and abuse whoever he wishes.

I'm 20 years old and I graduated in 2006 from "Family Christian Academy" which is a homeschool facility. My mother was my teacher and in order for me to join the documentation, she must sign my transcripts. She refuses to sign because she doesn't want me to "die". This is what I want to do, because I could die walking down to road in my home town, and I'd rather die for a cause than to live for nothing. How can I get around this?

And just do it out of spite or for fun? Because it seems like everytime I get a zit it's at the worst possible time and in the most obvious area on my face. Right now I have a volcano right in between my eyebrows. Don't you just hate it when that happens?
