He is at home now but I'm not getting any help or advise from anyone. ( I live in Hull, East Yorkshire, England ) I have rang H.A.T.s which stands for 'Hull Acute Therapy' and they can't help as they are short staffed, but will send someone when they can. Harry (my husband) is left handed and it's his left side that has gone so he can't do anything with his right hand anyway...........He can't controll his bowels and he has bad depression, one minute he's laughing the next he's crying. Now he has mouth ulcers. He is also eating like it's going out of fashion and he only weighs 10 stone (well, at the moment) He also has Rhumatoid arthritis which he's had a long time. Also they have diagnosed him with Parkinsons disease. Can anyone help with diet advise and exersise.

without bulking up. I'm 34 years old and my body is already naturally toned but I've gained some weight over the years. I'm still quite slim but I notice a difference. My abs are already hard but I would like a little definition. The rest of my body needs a little help as well. I would like to tone my arms, thighs and calfs. Is this only possible thru lifting weights? I am afraid that I will become too bulky because whenever I lift and I am looking in the mirror, I can see my muscles bulging out. I want to look feminine. How can I work out without becoming too bulky if my natural body is already kinda buffed?

Examples: You homeschool your children or send them to private schools, yet your taxes support public schools. You don't support the war, but your taxes pay for the war. You are against abortion, but your tax dollars pay for abortions. You never use the Public Library, but your taxes support it. You never needed the police, because you are a martial artist, and your taxes support the police.

Question: Should there be an alternative, such as an opt-out or an opt-in voluntary tax or excise tax, instead of an involuntary income tax?

i am struggling with the fact that i don't feel like i can be myself around anyone. not my whole self anyways. i can be pieces of myself with people, but never the whole thing. is it possible to find someone i am completely comfortable around? i have always been a little bit of an odd ball, but...i don't know. will i ever get to be myself and feel someone there at the same time? or will i always be an echo chamber of ideas, kept to myself? is it just harder for me? or does everyone feel lonely to an extent? i've heard before that loneliness is the human condition. i just need some oppinions. thanks.

Aries eats all of the chocolates in one sitting.

Taurus tends to buy two boxes and leave only the orange ones for you.

Gemini makes their chocolate choice by sticking their finger in each piece.

Cancer draws it out to make even the smallest box last for a month.

Leo likes to own all the chocolates first.

Virgo Thoroughly washes the chocolates, then rations them to all involved. While eating them, they worry about whether it's good for their stomach and waistline.

Libra chooses two boxes of chocolates, white and dark; one for you, one for them. On second thoughts, make that more than two. Most Librans simply adore chocolate.

Scorpio can't resist rubbing the chocolates all over their partner and licking it off.

Sagittarius only orders foreign chocolates.

Capricorn seeks perfection in picking truffles of the best variety.

Aquarius skips chocolates altogether -- they prefer a box of carob and raisin health bars.

Pisces tends to share them all and forget to leave one for themselves.

He and his daughter (She's about three weeks old.) both seem very lethargic, and they are both cold. If i hold them in my hand, they simply sit there as if seeking warmth instead of sniffing around or moving like usual. I havent seen them eat in a day, except the father had a few bites on a piece of corn. Could they be sick? Should I take them to a vet? Can they make me sick?
