Is the food healthy, yes.
Is your overall diet healthy, maybe not.
If you eat like this each day you might not be taking in enough calories. I would suggest you find a metabolic calculator and input your height, weight, sex, etc. and find out how many calories you are supposed to be consuming on a daily basis.
Here is a basic metabolic calculator

You seem to be very little, and eating too little has bad consequences- just like eating too much.

I see a real need for more protein here, and more, much more veggies. Also, you don't say it, but are you vegetarian? That will help me to anwer you better. Your lunch is much more like a snack, than a lunch. Yes, the grapes are fresh and healthy, but consider them dessert, rather than a source of major vitamins. Yes, the peanut butter and the whole grain toast are good for you and may make a complete protein (seeds or legumes + a grain), but it would be better if you added a glass of milk or another yogurt. Dinner, my dear, was pretty dismal. All carbs, no protein, no veggies, no fats (unless you cooked the rice w/ some oil or butter). I'd take a serious look at this. Not good in the long term. Not enough calories, not enough protein to keep you from having major hunger pangs, NO vegetables, no proteins, like I said. Also, b/c this diet is so high in carbs, do not be surprised if a) you get candida if you eat like this everyday, b) you start dropping major weight and freezing in the winter time, b/c there's no build up or warming foods here at all. Also, I don't get why you're using soy beverage and then eating a dairy yogurt. Kudos on eating organic, that's great. Please take a look at what I'm saying here, and please do some research on your diet, food combining, protein complementarity, how to be vegetarian and to stay healthy. This is NOT good for you b/c it is extremely incomplete nutritionally. No greens, no salad, not enough calcium (You're 2-3 servings short) either.

Like most Americans trying to diet, this is horrible. Sure, you have calorie restriction down, but that is only a small piece of the puzzle. Your body needs plenty of protein to keep your lean, healthy, visually appealing tissue from being burned away. You should also be eating at least 6 times/day to keep your body burning calories at a higher rate. Better toss in at least 4 hard boiled eggs, (two between each of the main meals). Eat some cottage cheese and veggies right before bed. Get rid of the corn flakes and opt for some unsweetened oatmeal with a fresh fruit of choice added for flavor. You have NO IDEA what your body needs to be healthy.

That sounds ok. You should probably include more fresh produce, make sure that the pita and pasta are whole grain, and increase your protein intake. The chickpeas in the hummus is a good start, and presumably the custard had egg (which I don't advocate, but it is a protein at least), but you should up the legume consumption. Or try some soy- tofu, tempeh, etc.

It's healthy but you did not eat enough. If you undereat, your body will think it's starving and HOLD ONTO the fat you are trying to lose, in order to prolong your life. You should at least have some meat and cheese with your supper, that would balance it out a little better. You should have a snack or two in there also, like a banana with some almond slices for example. Nothing major, but something for your body to nourish itself with!

Yes it was very healthy. You kept fruit and wheat in there. Very good. Always remember to have some kind of pasta in your dinner at least 2 times a week.
* Also include these things..
~VEGETABLES
~WATER (ESPECIALLY ICE COLD HELPS BETTER)
My stepdad takes healthy eating habits so I know much. He also walks for at least 30 mins..(or runs 15 minutes) each day.
__________________Remember everytime you eat take small bites and eat slowly. Rest for at least 15 minutes and do a little physical activity in the day.
HOPE I WAS A HELP! ;)

It's really not enough protein. You're also lacking vegetables, which provide significant nutrients. You're also not consuming enough calories.
You should be eating 5 small meals a day - each about 250-300 calories. This will keep your metabolism stoked so you keep burning calories.
