He and his daughter (She's about three weeks old.) both seem very lethargic, and they are both cold. If i hold them in my hand, they simply sit there as if seeking warmth instead of sniffing around or moving like usual. I havent seen them eat in a day, except the father had a few bites on a piece of corn. Could they be sick? Should I take them to a vet? Can they make me sick?

Also my little sister let my snake into their cage and watched as they ran about. Afterwards, the father's eyes (One of them in particular) look closed. The other one is only partially open.

Seem's like they are in shock, I suggest you put a padlock on the snake's cage and mouse cage, So no one but you can get in, In the meen time i suggest you provide the mice with extra beding and put them in a dark quiet place and leave them to recover.

Good luck

well you mouse could definitely be sick i have or well actually had two mice and they can definitely not make you sick but i do not think that you should take them to the vet because it will probably cost to much for a mouse although i do suggest taking them to the pet store where you got them and ask them if there is anything you can do for them and it sound like you an animal lover like me please E-mail me at asellevold@yahoo.com and just to make sure you could say in the E-mail its someone from yahoo answers that would be helpful and i really hope your mice are OK and i hope that this advice helped you GOOD LUCK!!!

Your sister is sick! If my sister did that I'd beat her thoroughly for it!

No your mice can't make you sick. Yes you should take them to the vet. Get a heat pad to place UNDER their cage - or a hot water bottle.
