I have been on and off the Weight Watchers program for years now.I used to do well at it but then I stopped going and gained even more weight.Now that I have joined again it has been eight weeks and I have had nothing but gains except for this week I lost eight ounces.I stay within the diet plan and I walk for an hour at least 5 times a week.I have been to my doctor and I don't have a thyroid problem.Others keep telling me that I am gaining muscle, but I don't think I am because even if I was not losing pounds I would be losing inches and that is not even happening. It is very frusterating and I feel like I have no support from the people I talk to.All I hear is how negative I am or that obviously this does not work for me and that I should try NutriSystem because they heard that it works.On the contrary I have heard that programs like this are bad because you are eating food that is pre-assigned to you and once you have lost and are off of the program you just gain it back.Any ideas!

well..im confused....my last official period was may 31 my next period was due june 30th...and it didnt come..so i took a test on july 2nd i took a test and it came back negative..then on july 3rd i started to have spotting on and off untill about july 8th..then on july 10th it looked like my period started it started like a regular period would and then stoped and returned to spotting...then july 11th it started again and seem like my period caz it lasted until the 15th..then now july 22nd i started spotting then it stopped..nothing happened the 23th...now its the 24 th and im bleeding like a period but ligher..and i am peeing alot..i need help..could i be pregnant..?

what is the real difference between using vegetable oil and something like crisco shortening to "fry" something on the stove? I want to know if I can use crisco in place of vegetable oil to avoid the store. i know that i fry chicken wings in crisco, so why not something like shrimp? thanks.

my younger sister and i always have to pick up the "poo" from the back garden because we have 3 dogs so as you can imagine there is a lot of it!! my younger sister is on holidays and she never done it before she left for her holidays(or the two weeks before hand) and today my older sister asked me to do it, shes the kind of person who loves to get her own way and doesnt like to hear no, especially from me because i always say yes (im way too much of a people pleaser) and she takes advantage of that. i said no because i dont see why i should do it when its not my turn and not only that but it hasnt been done in like a month because of my younger sister ( i know it sounds really petty but anyway), if the poo was picked up before she went away i would have had no problem doing it because there wouldnt have been as much and it wouldnt have smelled as much.
anyway, when i said no my sister was a little stunned and asked me again, to which i said no and she rambled on about how i can be

I am wondering how much of it is being 2 and if any of it I need to have some real concerns about. I need to start off w/ the fact that he is a very happy boy, loves to play, snuggle, laugh, etc., but at times he is very sensitive to loud noises, he also gets very angry. If he doesn't like something thats going on, he will slap or bite people(only those he is very close to, i.e. mom, dad, grandma). He gets very scared alot. He can be playing and will run to me as fast as he can go, as if he just saw a ghost. He bites his nails all of the time. He, especially at nap time, will wake up scared talking about the man in his room, like he had a bad dream. He also doesn't like it if there is alot of laughter, he will yell out "it is not funny" repeatedly. Please help.

How quickly we forget. It was just three years ago when he and his father (Archie Manning) basically called the Chargers one of, if not, the worst franchise in the NFL and they stated that Eli was too good to play on that type of franchise. They demanded that Eli be traded to the Giants or else (I want to say that he and his father whined, but I try not to insult anyone).

Fast-forward through the Chargers going (12-4) in 2004 and making the playoffs; going (9-7) in '05; going (14-2) last season and being #1 in the AFC; plus the last season's TD record by a RB like LT.

On the other hand, the Giants have had chemistry problems between coach Coughlin and the players; going (5-11) in 2004; going (11-5) in 2005; going (8-8) last season; plus Tiki's "pre-mature" retire.

I wonder if Eli and his family still think that the Chargers are a "bad" franchise. I don't think the Chargers are losing any sleep right now with Rivers and LT.

How do you think Eli feels right now?

Consider this, that both men and women release chemicals that induce a feeling of connection between the two creating a bond that otherwise would have been weak if personality and attitude were the only factors.
If people would refrain from premarital sex or wait until some time then you get clouded by all the chemicals and rush into something your not ready for.

i know i do. i get a kick out of his whole character! i absolutely love his entrance theme music. his towel around his waste when he comes out makes me laugh and when he takes it off. his mic skills crack me up too with his "helllllllo ladies!!" his in-ring abilities are something to note too. i would love to see him around more. your thoughts?

We have the internet and using the internet anyone can create a website and show their platform for all to see. If the voters would make the effort and educate themselves on the candidates in an election, wouldn't it be possible for an "underfunded" candidate to win?
