Zack for a boy kitty and Lucy for the girl kitty.
My cat died after 19 years and she is hard to replace. Her name was Lucky, and lucky she was to live that long. I'm looking now to get 2 kittens myself.

try to steer away from the classic kitty names like Snowball and Pookie. My grandmother actually named her cat Kitty. Usually a one or two syllable name will be better for the cat to recognise and learn. Some suggestions like Sadie or Robin. My cat is named Herculese and he responds well to that. I also like the name of KiKi and Tanya. Kelly is a great name too. Other names include Oscar and Muffin. You could even name it Puppy if you wanted to. My mom had a friend who named her rotweiler Kitty. You could go either way

I think you should wait until you have the kitten picked out. You should name your kitty according to his or her personality and the way they look. I am sorry to hear about your other cat Molly.:( But good for you for giving another kitty a home.:)

There was a cat at a humane society that I wanted to get named Skye. I hope you like your new kitten.

Lets give the poor animal a chance. Id call it something smart like Freud or Nietszche! Or maybe Scala!

Not enough information - is it male or female? What's its personality like? Does it do anything unusual? And, yes, sometimes what they look like can play a role - I have a Calico, I named her Miss Callie.

Wait til you get it & see what it's personality is like. I have one with 3 names now - Thor (original), CC for crazy cat, & now I just call it Shithead.
