Their is this guy Jo I used to know last year, who I met through some other people I know. I was never thrilled with Jo...... But I kinda always knew he wanted one thing, by the way he was hinting it to me. He told me he truely loved me after 10 minutes of meeting him and he wanted to marry me. I didn't have any attraction to this guy and I didn't like his personality and I didn't trust him. Some other person I knew went behind me back against my will and this Jo guy my cell and my e-mail. I told Jo I only wanted to me friends, but he was pissed off after that, because he wanted more. He tryed conning my mom into making her think that he's a good guy. He told me I was beautiful every 5 minutes, how annoying. After I saw a few of his friends a few months ago, the phone calls would't stop and he invited me over his house a year later and said it would be me and him and 4 other guys what was he planning. And no I never attended the event

Recently, a Colorado Rockies minor league coach died after being struck in the head by a line drive as he stood in the first-base coach's box during a game in North Little Rock, Ark. While we understand this to be an accident, I was just curious to poll the commnities' ideas...does this 'accident' justify his widow to 'sue' someone (Individual who threw the ball? Team? Coach Union?) Do you think they will compensate her for the loss of the husband and father? The general finance he contributed to the home and the welfare of his children and their futures?

We have become a world of sue-happy people and there are times when it is totally necessary. In viewing this as an "accident", do you think the dog-lawyers will busrt out of the pound to persue this woman to sue someone for her loss?

i am in total agony, with a lot of pain in my lower back, and radiating into my right hip. i dont have much money to spend, but i need pain help. ive been in pain for probably 5 months, and my doctors insisted that i was not in pain. now after an mri showed a bulging disk and a pinched nerve in my back, they are refusing me pain meds. im on a lot of other meds, for different stuff, so herbal is not an option. i dont have the money or any insurance to cover chiro or massage therapy. does hot water or ice packs work? is there a massager i can buy to help with the pain. it has to be low cost though. any other ideas would be nice. im not supposed to stretch it, or carry anything over 10-15lbs. i am basically bedridden at the moment, because movement causes me serious pain

I am very VERY new to gardening. This morning I bought five beautiful hydrangeas and I've spent ALL DAY preparing the beds to be planted. In doing this, I noticed that this area doesn't EVER receive what I would call direct sunlight. I really want to plant them there, will they work?
