Yesterday, I was a little fed up with young responses and said so. Today, I am NO LONGER a top contributor in maintenece and repair. Even at 38 % best answer. Fair and honest board? Doult it !!

A conspiracy by Yahoo? Or, did losing the 5 points for asking a question put you under the mark? (If so, you aren't doing yourself any favors by posting another question.....)
As to your remarks about younger people, I feel for ya. I posted one in the 'Pets' section yesterday as well. Was tired of seeing 27 responses that read "Go to a vet" everytime some poodle had the sh*ts from eating too much human food. I snapped when -not one, but TWO people - reccomended that a young lady take her sick FISH to a vet. A thousand words later, I felt much better, but...alas....the idiots are still here. Oh, well, it's the price we pay for being higher on the evolutionary ladder.
Don't give up on giving answers in this forum. It's not about the points, after all. It's about helping our fellow man...and...feeling warm and fuzzy...and...and...and NOT going crazy BECAUSE THEN YOU MIGHT GET REALLY ANGRY AND NEXT THING YOU KNOW YOU'RE TAKING A GUN INTO WAL-MART AND SHOOTING THE LITTLE OLD LADY THAT GREETS YOU BECAUSE SHE'S WEARING A SMILEY FACE BUTTON AND THE LITTLE F*CKER IS LAUGHING AT YOU AND....oh...oh...I'm sorry...that NEVER happened to me, I swear.

Whoa, you just joined in May. You have 2,040 points and are a level 3. You had 109 best answers. This board just goes by the facts and figures. There may be other members that have pushed you back down the pile a bit with more answers and best answers. Sit back and enjoy what you have accomplished. I don't believe they punished you for a rant. Look at some of the other top contributors that have 25,000 points and are level 7's. Don't let this small letdown get to you. Wait until you get to level 6 with 10,000 points and find you need 15,000 more to get one more level higher.

Maybe just maybe you are spending just a little too much time answering questions. Take a break from yahoo for a bit. There is more to life than Yahoo answers. Wait who am I kidding... Yahoo answers IS my life. Back to the drawing board on that one...
