I just asked a question, and somebody assumed I was 13.... Hmmm I'm 30!

A lot of people tend to assume i'm older than my years but I guess on some questions I do show my age :).
But yea, I do find that you can work out the age from the answers. That, or when they actually say their age.
Someone is going a bit thumbs down happy?

Yes I do get that same impression on some answers. Some people can be very immature and it makes you think gosh they must be like 12 or something. I have seen it a lot especially in the singles and dating and religion and spirituality categories. Some people just have to grow up and calm down.
Btw: how old do I sound?

Yes! if you ask about fave children's TV program's, that one is a dead give away when the older members start listing out shows from the 70's

Sometimes I look at an answer and think 'hit puberty!' but then I think 'maybe it's just someone being a right git' So I guess I can't really

No but I do tend to find that if they are younger than 30, they write in such slang I cannot understand the question.

Yes. Sometimes you can pick out the oldies (like me 43) and sometimes you can pick out the school kids. The ones in between are a bit more difficult.
