well to make a long story short we have no kids together we moved from san diego to salinas and i am injured from work have been since april 06.i have carpell tunnel in both my wrists and a back injury,i also have no family or friends,so its not like i can go to anyone for help.i have tried to go to shelters and they only accept women with kids and for the other i can only be there 1 month.he is very mean and i want to leave but with my injury i cannot do much.it even hurts to drive,bathe,etc...im living with his mother and she is tired of his ways as well.i do not know what to do because i am in a bad spot with not being able to just move cause i would have to replace my doctor get a new lawyer etc.its a tough situation cause even if i left and tried to get a job society is not too good with the disabilty and to get a job with these injuries is nearly impossible.i am a trained cna but cannot do it with this.he is mean when he drinks and im sick of it,what do u suggest!

This is quiz.

In the movie Fargo, a female police officer is trying to solve some crimes involving murder and kidnapping in her small town.

It doesn't seem to have anything to do with the main plot, but there's an interesting subplot where the police officer agrees to meet with a former class mate to talk about old times. He is of Japanese descent, which is only significant because he is the only Asian character in the movie. He tells her a story about how he was married to a girl they went to school with, and she died. He cries and the police officer tries to comfort him.

Later, the police officer finds out it's all a made up story. The girl is still alive and she was never married to the Japanese guy. No one knows why he made it up.

I think this fits a certain diagnosis in the DSM-IV (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental DIsorders). If you guess the right one, or if you convince me it is a different diagnosis, I will award you best answer with all stars.

The roses in my garden and that of my neighbours have lost their leaves and have got bare stems.

The rain has caused this.

There are little shoots and it appears that the roses are tyring to make more leaves. Is there any thing I can do to help them?

They look so sad. The bushes have roses on them but they look bewildered as the rain has affected them as well.

Passage of a bill that does not abide by these provisions will render the measure null and void, and establish grounds for the law to be challenged in court.

Congress cannot waive these requirements.

Ok I'm not going to exaggerate. But I have been keeping a strict record of my food and exercise since June 22. So today is a complete month.

I got to the gym twice everyday for 30 min on the eliptical each time. I do a manual workout in the morning. and Hills at night. I do this 6 times a week for a total of 6-8 hours of cardio.
I do 1 weight lifting and 3 ab workouts a week.

I eat 5 small meals a day, no carbs after 4 and no food at all after 7. Drink at least 5 water bottles a day and only drink diet soda. No juice too much sugar. and fat free creamer in my coffee.

My husband is very health conscious so there is no junk food in our house. the most "junk food" I have is an apple with Peanut Butter on it or chocolate in my skim milk before bed.

I CANNOT LOSE THE WEIGHT. I am 5'5 and weight 210. Size 18 all i want is to be a size 10. What else can i do?

I am really starting to lose heart.

i dont know what i can do to make guys like me it just doesnt seem like they do but idk. i was just wondering if theres something about me that would make guys not like me. i am veryy outgoing and my voice is kinda high. i have a bubbly personality. my friends think im pretty funny. im not like overly smart but i get a's and b's. i hang out with a big group of ppl but i dont really go out of that group. i care about looks but i dont wear tons of make-up and i normally dont wear any to school. i play soccer and do cross country. im going into 8th grade im 5 ft tall and about 100 lbs- so im not too fat or too skinny. im not like the most popular person evr but im pretty high up on the "social scale"

please dont answer being rude i just want to know i dont want to change i just want to know if there is a reason for them not liking me. idk maybe they do and i just dont know.

A lady I know had a baby that was 1 month premature.

They went home from the hospital right away without complications and I was shocked to hear her say that she was saying that she HAD to breast feed for a month because the baby wasnt allowed to take a bottle.

This woman is a ding-bat and she does like to play up the "woe is me pity party" and Im not sure if she is breastfeeding and trying to justify her decision to do so by hiding behind "doctors orders" or what, because right after that, she said she would start the baby on a bottle when it was a month old.

Im not familiar with preemies - does this sound right or sound goofy?

as an Englishman who is currently in the USA on business i feel i must ask this.
In my opinion the Americans are making great strides to rid themselves of this image, most of the cities have a improving infrastructure and recreational facilities.
I think in 10 years time the world will look at the USA more favourable than the poor cousin.
Anyone agree?
