I'm in the process of purchasing a foreclosure house for a flip. I just found out that it's in a flood zone. I know I have to get flood insurance. I was wondering if it scares people from bidding/buying since it's in a flood zone. Any thoughts???

Both are about the moralist:

Moralisten sind Menschen, die sich dort kratzen, wo es andere
juckt.

Der Moralist pflegt gern die Ansprüche der menschlichen Natur zu übersehen; in solchen Fällen wird aber wahrscheinlich die Natur des Menschen von den Ansprüchen des Moralisten keine Notiz nehmen.

Maybe this is a silly question, I'm not sure, but...

It seems most people expect to drink at wedding receptions. My fiance and I are having a non-alcoholic reception. Do you think we need to make mention of this in our invitation? Or trust that people know us enough not to be bothered about something like that?

We're having entertainment at the reception, so they shouldn't be bored.

I went for a night out with the MRS her self. The thing is my wife has let her self go, she weighs three times as she weighed when we got married but I am not complaining. I am still kept my self fit, tidy and stylish. Anyway as we were sitting enjoying our dinner, this gorgeous lady came and sat on the table next to us.

The tables were quite close & as she looked at me, I said beautiful, she smiled and I complimented her on her appearance. She probably though I was the son & my wife was the mother as I still look young. My wife raged & grabbed my ear and dragged me out. She is kind off dominant as she is heavy & I did not want to stir anything…

Now my wife has not given me a leg over since? Should I go elsewhere? I think my wife is planning on divorce, she is not willing to get counselling & is too obsessive. What should I do?

I want to get laser hair removal on my underarms. Has anyone done this recently and had good results? I have really dark hair and I have to shave everyday which sometimes causes razor burn. I wear a lot of tank tops cause I get hot easily, so razor burn is extremely embarassing. Laser Hair Removal is my best option, I think. I would like to hear about someones personal experience. Thanks!

My grandfather is 77 , in advanced stage 3 of Alzheimer's and has 90% Black lung. He stays chronically ill, in the hospital litteraly every week. He has now become increasingly violent and delusional, so much to the point my grandmother can no longer contain him. My parents will not move him in because my grandmother has refused to do so.

Being how he is violent and uncontrollable for my grandmother. I suggested the possiblity of a nursing home where he could get the proper attention he needs. My grandmother has been in denial of this and refuses to admit he has Alzheimer's despite the doctor's report clearly stating it and hiself clearly showing it.

Yesterday he climbed ontop of a TV and tried to go out of a window, the TV fell on him but luckily he was pinned between it and a chair, thus not hurting him.

I know a lot of nursing homes are bad and mistreat patients, but I do not have any other solution since they will not agree on anything, what should I do?

My son use to wake up every two hours to eat and fall right to sleep, but ever since Sunday night he'll only sleep for an hour, wake up eat, and stay up for an hour straight then fall asleep for another hour and repeat the same cycle all day long and all night. I've tried feeding him more, but he just spits it up and I've tried to keep him up during the day so he'll be sleepy at night, but he still stays awake after eating for an hour and sleeps for an hour and is right back up wanting to eat.

I'm Japanese who's been living abroad for more than 12 years. I've been proposed by my bf I met in UK last week, and though I'm happy, I'm very worried by how he works as a contract worker.
In my country, contract workers recieve the same or less amount than full time workers, hoping to become one themselves. I heard contract workers in UK earn more, but is 450 daily usual, or low? Is it enough to have kids and have familly in future?
I don't know anything about earning in UK, and if I'll move, I have to find a job myself but I'm doubting I can get a job that will cover the rents...
Also I'm worried about the class system in UK. He is definately in the working class, where I think I'm in middle...from what I'm guessing from the lifestyle differences.
I know I love him, I'm just worried about the future realisticly.

He's about to turn six for the past three years he has had constant urinary tract problems. He suffers from crystals in his urine for this he takes cystaid capsules every day and has a special dry vet diet. Recently he has produced blood in his wee samples leading to x-rays and a wee sample being taken straight from the bladder to locate this blood and rule out tumours. There was no concluding answers leaving him with metacam to have every day to stop the irration to his bladder as well as everything else. The next stop is a bladder sample being taken to see if the blood is the lining of the bladder breaking up or the crystals breaking it up. Nightmare! Does any body know of a cat with this or what the out come might be or is your cat just the same?

Ladies, do any of you have problems finding a man willing to date a single Mom. I have a good job, I am not seeking someone to "take care of me" but it seems like as soon as the guy finds out I have kids, then he is out the door without a good-bye. Are there any decent men out there who know a good woman when they see one?

I have been charged with 2 felonies , filing a false police report and intimidation. The judge in pretrial said he saw no evidence of these charges and asked the prosecution to itemize them. When I came back to court they did not itemize so the judge dismissed . They immediately appealled and as far as itemizing alls they did is put down 2 dates. My lawyer instantly put in a motion to dismiss for lack of probable cause . It went in front of the original judge which dismissed it and we thought for sure he would dismiss , but he gave them 2 more weeks to clearly itemize the charges. I heard the judge say he doubted they would be able to do so , and told my lawyer he will dismiss it if they dont . My thoughts are they will probably try to skew the wording in the police report and itemize that to try to force it into court if the judge does not call them on it . This has been going on for 6 months if they had probable cause wouldnt they have itemized them by now ? Any thoughts ?

When I checked my blood pressure on a machine at Wal-mart my systolic (top number) was very high at around 151 to 154 and my bottom number was around 80. I took it on the machine 3 times and it dropped each time. This bothered me as I was exremeley nervous when I took it so I went to my grandmotrhers and she and I both checked it manually and the top number was 130 to 134. Could the machine be that far off? Is manual the better way to go when checking blood pressure?
