Okay, so I've noticed an abundance of teens who want to get pregnant. I think it's very important that we try to let today's youth know why they should just be young and enjoy it. Please share your experiences so maybe we can help adjust their thoughts into living life and making good choices for themselves
My mom was 16 when she had me (my dad was 19) they got pregnant when she was 15 and then got married. She had my sister at 17 and my brother at 19. My mom had to go to a secondary school to graduate, and my dad had to join the Navy to pay for us. We always got just what we needed growing up. We had food, cheap clothes, and government housing over our heads. My mom couldn't go to college like she wanted to until I was 9 years old and old enough to help watch my brother and sister. We lived like that until I left, and my sister left and finally my brother. Now that there are no kids in the house, my parents can finally do what they want to...at 39 and 42. What a life, huh

ok, so heres what happened...i took my little sister in law to the mall, we seperated, WENT OUR OWN WAYS, and well about an hour later, we met up again (in mervyns) she had a cart full of clothes, and other misc stuff, i asked her why she had all of it, she said she was just getting clothes to try on,so i go upstairs, and about 15 minutes later i run into her, no cart, just 2 big bags full of clothes, well i automatically knew what she had done, and i noticed an employee looking at us funny, so i told her to put it back, i wanted nothing to do with it, i wasnt gonna get into trouble for her,she refuses, so i get onto the escelator as i watch her head for the exit, she gets stopped by LP,i knew she was gonna get caught,so i try to exit and i get stopped, well inside the office, they said they were gonna charge her for theft, the total came up to $824,the police were called, i was tol by LP i was NOT going to be charged because i didnt walk out with anything..so i was happy i wasnt in

The doctor just noticed it quick. My mom thinks some of the early signs of it was when I crawled with a dragging leg when I was little. What could this mean?

To change a burned out light bulb?
(Uh this is mainly for those who live with someone else... but if you're single, feel free to answer.)

I ask this because a light burned out the other day & I was waiting to see how long it would take before my hubby changed it or would bug me to change it. Well, I finally got tired of waiting & just changed it.

Now, if it had been the outside light, I would leave it for him. If it's one of the regular lamps, I change it right away...

This one, is a light on the inside that is connected to the one outside on the garage. I turn it off when I wake, because he turns it on to leave for work. & for some reason these two light fixtures go through bulbs like... crazy. (Hmm... couldn't think of a great analogy.)

Anyway just curious & thought this would be a fun question! :)
For the 10 points - what would be a great analogy for my light bulb situation. Funny ones, please! :o)
Here, I'll start it... "Those 2 fixtures go through light bulbs like....?"

I have accumulated a nice amount of assets simply by saving and investing. Some of it before I got married, some while married. Now I want to divorce but don't want her to get half of the funds. We have a joint account that has a little bit of money that I don't mind splitting with her, but my personal funds I want to hide. There are obviously records of what is in there today, and will be records of any withdrawals I make between now and the divorce. I was thinking about withdrawing the funds, purchasing gold or high valued coins, and storing them in a safety deposit box listed in my mother's name. During the divorce will I be held accountable for funds that were once in my personal account but are now gone? Does anyone have a better idea on how to move the funds out of my accounts and out of the site of the divorce laywers? PS - she doesn't know I am planning on divorcing her yet. I want to figure out this money thing first. Please help.

This condition wasnt diagnosed until fairly recently in Medical History so we are kind of the "guinea pigs" when it comes to diagnosis (existence of specific trigger points) management and prognosis.

Are any of you been finding that your FM becomes more debilitating as you become older?

I know we have all been told it isnt "progessive" however I wonder if the symptoms of the disorder are more debilitating due to the natural aging process? Has joint pain increased? Have you developed less endurance?

There has been some limited research on accelerated aging in people suffering from certain neurological disorders, and/or connective tissue disorders, and/or certain orthopaedic conditions.

There is also evidence that untreated depression can lead to dementia and alzheimers.

How much of a factor is reactive depression for those of you who have FM? Are you on medication for the depression and how is that working for you?

My boyfriend and I are planning on buying a condo together. He wants to get a VA loan but it would only cover him because we are not married. They do not allow unmarried couples to get the loan together. Does anyone know if it's true that for a VA loan they only approve you for a certain dollar amount like $150,000? If so, could he apply for $150,000 from VA office and me apply for $150,000 from a regular bank? Has anyone ever heard of such a thing?

My friend obsesses over calories. She counts everything she eats. We're both 5'6. I weigh 140lbs, (Im healthy, eat veggies, fruit, protein, etc and I have some muscles and a nice figure). She weighs about 118 lbs and very skinny, no muscle. Shes always tired? Shes been taking vitamins, but all she eats food within her calorie limit and she exercises twice a day? Does this sound like concern to you? Or am I overreacting?

It has come to my attention that Donald Trump has hired a band of mercenaries to steal my refrigerator. Without a steady supply of twinkies, pork rinds, and bar-b-q ribs I will be forced to consume the only remaining food source in the house:

The children.

Please don't let this happen. I guess what I'm saying is...if you have any unwanted pets or (perhaps neihbor's pets) and a couple gallons of K.C. Masterpiece (preferably Mesquite flavored), I won't have to resort to grilling family members.

Thank you for your help,

Rosie

Hey everyone! I'm Jessica and i'm 14. For the past couple of years i've been wanting to be an actress. Specifically on the Disney Channel, just like everyone else. (:

I have a natural voice and i only went for singing lessons for about a month; and we all know you aren't going to be amazing after only a month. I've been dancing on a travel competition team since i was six. So i have all of the training in that field.

Acting is probably my weakest, though everyone says i'm probably amazing because i'm such a "drama queen." Haha.

I've been to a week long camp for dancing, singing, and acting.
It was alot of fun and i met some amazing kids.
But i don't know where else to go now.

I mean i'm entering high school and our drama courses are awesome but i want to start auditioning when i'm young.
But there are 2 problems.
1. BOTH parents work full time. We live near the City but it's not like we can go there everyday for auditions.
and 2. I don't have an agent.

Help?
