"I know there are intimate area hair removal creams for women out there so why has'nt a company produced one for mens faces?
Can you use a sensitive skin hair removal product on your face? Has anyone tried it?"

I use hair remover cream on my chest and stomach. It BURNS. There is no way I would put this on my face. I got it near my pubic area and it was uncomfortable. No way on my face.

Do not do it...it will burn like hell and aftewards you might end up with a lot of ingrown hairs. Best way to shave if you are a guy with a tough beard is to do this in the shower with a manual razor with a SHARP AND FRESH blade you rinse frequently, and only begin to shave after you have been in the shower at least a few minutes. Don't be in a rush to shave, and doing this in the shower is so much cleaner and will leave your skin in so much better shape. Get a mirror you can hang from the shower curtain, or one you can mount to a wall. Dont have to pay a lot for an anti fog type, just wet it and smear a bit of soap on the mirror to keep the fog down to a level you can see. Don't shave against the beard, but go in the direction of hair growth with a FRESH BLADE. DO NOT BE CHEAP and keep using the same blade more than a week or two MAX. Gel shaving cream works best, let it sit on your face for at least a couple of minutes and only after you have let the warm shwoer water on you for at least five minutes before. DO this in a shower with a good quality blade, avoid ALL disposable type razors as they are garbage. Go for a good brand like a Quattro or, even better, a MACH 3. Once again, don't be in a rush to shave if you are a guy and you want the best shave without ingrown hairs or rough uneven patches, and always use a well rinsed and sharp blade. Don't do the hair removal cream stuff, and if you want to REALLY get rid of hair for good, see a laser specialist who can do this. Otherwise, stick with a good blade and do this in the shower!

Most of the common hair removal products that women use on their legs works by drying the hair out to the point where it breaks at or below the surface of the skin. For most men this type of product would be too strong for use on the face. Often the face is far too sensitive for this kind of product. If there were a practical product out there, believe me, it would already be on the market.

Immac dissolves the hair that's grown out of the skin but doesn't remove it from the root. I found it's not much use on facial hair.

Lasering is better. It works best on dark hair/pale skin. I had it done to reduce my hair growth because thick stubble/sensitive skin meant I could only shave once a week. I've had 2 treatments and can now shave every second day. It costs about £120 per session but it's been worth it. It hurts though. A lot!

In the U.S there is a depilatory facial hair remover called Woltra and I tested it some years back. It does work, but it takes a lot longer to shave than normal. However, the results last longer.

Personally I didn't like it too much and prefer wet shaving. There is also the possibility of skin reactions with any depilatory.

I have started using Ultra Shave after shaving and it calms the irritation of shaving significantly and moisturises skin as well.

There are facial hair removers for men. Look among the products for those of African-American background. Razor bumps are a particular problem for men of color. Several products exist to remove male facial hair chemically.

I used Imac sensitive once for a wedding once because i get a 5 o'clock shadow by half eleven.

It worked reasonably well but you have to be extremely careful with it near your eyes so maybe that's why it never took off, the manufacturers were too worried about being sued by lots of blind men.
