The best sitcom of all time to me as and will always be Seinfeld. I still laugh watching it, even though I've seen every episode a hundred million times.
I also liked Family Matters, Full House, Taxi (that's an oldie but a goodie), Friends, Frasier, the Nanny, Golden Girls, Dharma and Greg (even though she was so annoying), Step by Step, gosh... there are so many of them out there!

Unfortunately here in South Korea, there's not much in the way of variety.
I can sometimes watch two and a half men; that's about the best there is.
