To change a burned out light bulb?
(Uh this is mainly for those who live with someone else... but if you're single, feel free to answer.)

I ask this because a light burned out the other day & I was waiting to see how long it would take before my hubby changed it or would bug me to change it. Well, I finally got tired of waiting & just changed it.

Now, if it had been the outside light, I would leave it for him. If it's one of the regular lamps, I change it right away...

This one, is a light on the inside that is connected to the one outside on the garage. I turn it off when I wake, because he turns it on to leave for work. & for some reason these two light fixtures go through bulbs like... crazy. (Hmm... couldn't think of a great analogy.)

Anyway just curious & thought this would be a fun question! :)
For the 10 points - what would be a great analogy for my light bulb situation. Funny ones, please! :o)
Here, I'll start it... "Those 2 fixtures go through light bulbs like....?"

Ha - I just changed a lightbulb in my living room yesterday that was burnt out for like a month!! I was waiting for someone else to change it... but gave up on that!! ;P
It's kinda like the toilet paper roll - no one wants to change that either.... they always just put a new roll on top of the empty one.... which is pretty bad cuz I live in a house with 7 other people!!

Good luck trying to find something that works to get other people to help you change them ;)

I change bulbs immediately. It's hard enough getting around the morning after the night before when you "can" see where you're going, no need to make it worse.

My husband would most likely change it right away. He's just like that. I would be the one waiting a few days... LOL
