They all do to my knowledge. Very few undergrad colleges in CA don't accept international students. It's just a matter of what the requirements are. Community colleges typically have very little requirements.

Santa Monica College and Pasadena City College are both known to be particularly appealing to international students and for transfers to respected four-year universities. Both Los Angeles City College and Los Angeles Valley College also have high enrollments of international students. Any of the other community colleges would also accept international students.

They all do. Santa Monica College, LACC and LAVC have the highest per quota international students registered
