None of my vegetarian friends try to imitate meat flavors or textures in their cooking but there are so many substitution questions on the internet.
I'm not a vegetarian but I don't require meat on a daily basis and often go without meat for days at a time. When I eat vegetables, legumes, grains, etc.. I expect them to taste like what they are with the best enhancements of herbs and spices, But I never try to imitate meat products with vegetables. What's the point?

I'd like to try to grow some pot, just for fun.
I like growing things, and would be happy to give it away or sell it for medicinal purposes.
How much can I grow? Can I grow it in plain sight in the yard? (burbank pd helicopters, yikes!)
Can I give it away or sell it, if it's a small enough amount?
Obviously, I'm not a user, or I wouldn't be asking such naive questions-please help.

I just bought a bedset for college. The design is perfect (I'm very picky about my bed stuff) but the thread count is only 200. The comforter and sheets are rather scratchy. Is there anything I can do to make them softer?

I have never seen tile like this, but it is very pretty. My son's friend moved into a house that was previously remodeled. A lot of brand new floor tile was left in garage. The friend gave this tile to my son to give to my husband and I since they found out we were building an addition to our house. Lucky for us! The floor tile looks like four tiles in a long row. It is one tile across. It is faux ceramic tile, sort of feels like hard plastic to the touch. The four snap to the next four and so on. It is called a "floating floor." Does this mean no glue? Do we put some sort of thin foam pad under it or what? There is only one way the tiles will snap together, we just want to do it right. None of our friends have seen this flooring before. We were given enough to do about three rooms. Anyone have any suggestions or "know how?" Sorry, I don't know the proper name for this kind of flooring. But thanks for any help!

for a couple days i was not hungry but still went to school and the kids freaked! they called me anerixec! they all started romures i was starving mysekf for this kid jake eggert. (the guy i like!) so of course when jake herd this he told the teachers. i know this makes me sound bad but the best part, he let me sit by him and the after the first day he gave me all this food. all low fat 2! it made me laugh and i HAD to eat it! so why did people freak out when they dont even talk to me anyways?

Why does a part of me still feel love for my ex? The guy abandoned me and did not speak to me for a year, then expected everything to be alright when he said he was sorry. He ran it about 10 times with only gas in it and now it won't start. I added the oil and cleaned the spark plug. The only other solutions I can think of are the oil isn't getting a chance to get in there without starting or there is a high amount of carbon build up in the exhaust. Please help?
