I do not drink coffee because I get muscle spasms in my face every time I do, but recently I was assigned in graveyard shift for my job and I have to drink coffee just to keep me awake the whole night. The muscle spasms in my face bothers me a lot and it can make me lose my concentration. I just want to know what causes that and if there's anything that can prevent it.

I currently live in upstate New York.....
I work for the county through a temp agency ....
so i have medicaid and a secondary insurance united health care

I'm planning on moving to kentucky and i was wondering if they had a medicaid program and how long it would take to enroll and be covered medically......
if anyone has web sites that would be a helpful!!!!!
I've looked but i just can't seem to find what i'm looking for........

Hi,

I am a flight attendant... the other day while working a short 2 hours trip, one of our passengers asked me, in a rather rude way, if there was nothing I could do to make the 3 or 4-years old kid behind him stop crying.
I told him that was more of his parents's jobs (the boy was travelling with both parents and they BOTH were listening to their iPods) .... finally I discretely told the mother that her boy was disturbing the other passengers and could she please try something to quiet him down. She looked at me with those evil eyes meaning "how do YOU dare telling me how I should raise my child!¨.... and she did nothing....

Now, what should I have done? (If anything) ... Normally I never say anything because I don't want to interfere but maybe I'm wrong.

I play tug of war with my dogs... one at the time....
One is 60lbs and the other is 50lbs... I am 110lbs...so we never play too rough as they seem to know that I am not that strong. I make sure I win (to be the alpha one, and I am anyway)...
they love playing it... and they do play with each other too. never had a bite, and when they play with each other, they never hurt each other either.

My brother in law does not let his dog playing it (I started to play with his dog and I had to stop)... because he says that it will make him agressive....the funny thing is that 4 months later (the other day) his dog growled at his kids and grabbed the kid's arm.

Could not letting a dog being a dog be more dangerous?
I mean if your dog knows who is the boss, then it's ok to play "dog games" (tug of war) with them, no?

My husband has allergies and claritan doesn't always help. Can the doctor prescribe something better. Does anyone have any suggestions. It drives me crazy that he sneezes all day and it really bothers him.

in the beginning of the month when i started a new cycle and a new pack of birth control pills i had to take antibiotics. I know that the antibiotics cancel the effect of the birth control. women are drawn to the "alpha" male. I've never really gotten a hold of that concept. What is it? Is it a man that is physically appealing? Or is it a man with strong self-confidence? Or is it both? Can it be achieved by any man no matter how attractive or how ugly they are? How can a guy tell if they have the qualities of the "alpha" male? Can those traits be hidden within the man? I'm assuming when women say they are looking for MEN they are looking for the alpha males (guys with their heads on straight, take care of themselves) and Beta males are the boys. Or is this just a looks thing and if you're genetically not attractive you are considered a beta male? If anyone of you have the time to explain it, would be greatly appreciated

You are willing to convert to Moronism? I encountered a couple of missionary elders yesterday as I was walking home from (summer) school. At the end of our brief encounter, I was left with the impression that these missionaries only gave me "the time of day" if I was willing to convert to their religion because as soon a told them that I am perfectly fine with my Catholic beliefs and have no plans to convert to another religion, they gave me a dirty look and snickered something as they turned around and left. Are missionary elders like this? Is this the way they are taught o behave? I thought were rather rude.
