I lied about 4 days ago when my husband and I went to the casino. Whenever my husband and I go to the casino (trust me--not often), we gamble about $100 apiece. After I lose my money, my husband always gives me a part of his winnings so that I can continue to play the slots.
The other day, however, I knew that my husband had spent all of his "gambling money" and I didn't tell him that I had won over $500. Instead of sharing it with him (like he does with me), I lost it all back. When he asked: "How'd you do, Honey?" I told him that I didn;t have any luck at all. (\Which, in the end, was true.)

Two minutes ago, I lied to my daughter about how she looked in this HIDEOUS sweater I bought for her... And just now I lied about what we were going to eat for dinner. (We are having lobster. Because it's my sons birthday. But I said that I was cooking and I'm just going to order them, and have them delievered to the backdoor!)

When I told a patient I had computer problems when, in fact, I was finishing my bagel with cream cheese and Iced Tea, and B.S.ing with my co-worker, whose patient was also waiting.
