The founder. William Boeing founded the Pacific Aero Products company in the early 1900's. Eventually this became Boeing Aircraft manufacturer of the best Commercial Aircraft in the world.

You may be familiar with terms such as Boeing 747 or Boeing 737. These are airliner types that Boeing makes. I fly a Boeing 727. We also operate a Gulfsteam III and we refer to either the Boeing or the Gulfstream.

Boeing is a major aircraft builder. The founder's last name was Boeing. The Boeing company became very succcessful and well known for their large aircraft, airliners in particular. At one pont, there were so many Boeing aircraft serving with airlines that people referrred to many large airliners as Boeings.

Boeing is the manufacturer of airplanes. Have you ever heard of a 747 and many others? These are planes made by Boeing. Look on the internet and you can see their new jumbo jet that has just been released. I think it was called the Dreamliner.
