There are ways to point a person in the right direction, but only they can open the door. Angels are always present.

Yes, meditation, and "energy work": chi gong, Reiki, yoga, etc., and regular exercise, and proper nutrition. It is essential to unblock and balance out your "internal energy system". These practices aid in this task. Once accomplished your entire consciousness and perceptual experience will change for the (much) better.
As well, your personal "frequency" will rise, and you will become more soul centered as opposed to ego centered.

This polarization is what has brought us to where we are currently as a species--greed, violence, ignorance, and "led" by psychopaths who perpetuate this horror, as a prime agenda consideration. We could all do a bit better, eh? :))

To try meditation. A guided meditation is the easiest and that works the best. You may either put your own voice on a recorder and listen to it that way and just relax and meditate.
It actually works and does well with relaxation and stress release. Plus you may come up with some answers to your most difficult questions.

You don't. You are already in touch with your spiritual nature - no matter how much you might not like it or wish to escape from it by meditation etc.

To be a christian means to have the mind of christ. But to have True Spirituality you 1st need to KNOW that mind. To get to know Jesus way of thinking..HOW can you do this?...by READING about him and things written about him in the scriptures. Then think about what you have read and reflect on them..building a picture in your mind. THEN..imitate the pattern set by him. Jesus was also FULL OF HOLY SPIRIT.this is a fruitage of God..you must pray and ask for it.....so Jesus prayed to his father Jehovah and was granted it! This fruitage produces fruitage such as love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith, mildness, self-control,......the mark of a true spiritual person. A spiritually minded person is guided by God's spirit. These qualities SHOW in the way the person TREATS other people in society. They will reach out in loving acts!Jesus did not overlook lowly ones but treated them with tender compassion and he took the initiative to help others. Do you see yourself following this pattern?...Do you see people as Jesus did?...giving them the help they need?...Jesus did, giving them help to improve their future! Jeus took time to pray....spiritually minded people likewise look for opportunities to communicate with God. He said his will was to do the work God had given him...Do we view the preaching work of God's Kingdom just as important as Jesus did? telling others about it and what it will do for mankind?.. this is an identifying mark of those who have the mind of christ. Jesus gave the command..Go make disciples of all the nations...TEACHING them to observe all the things I have commanded you.....and he foretold the good news of the kingdoom being preached in matthew 24:14..do you have a meaningful share in this work? Yes these are some chatacteristics that identify a truly spiritual person..do you measure up to those? An honest self-examination may help to determine the depth of your spirituality!...True christians have love for God's word. are manifesting the fruitage of the spirit....pray to God regularly and sincerely....share the kingdom good news with others...
