The front in the war against Jihadist Islam is currently in Iraq. It will move on soon enough but it will go on for a long time.

Rightists could care less about the troops dying in Iraq for nothing because it is not their own spoiled brats involved.

Bush daughter's Jenna and Barbara are an example. Both are age 25, prime military age, and would be an example to America of the Bush family's willingness to sacrifice in the war. Instead they are running around getting drunk and running down hotel corridors in Argentina naked while troops their age fight and die for their Father.

Migod man, I don't live there and the only sanity I see is coming from the liberals...unless you are rich, Bush offers nothing for you and, think man, your country is going down the tubes...if it was not for foreign lenders you would be living third world because of this man's endeavours to improve the lot of the very rich...you really think the sons and grand daughters of Grumman CEOS will be fighting along side of you in Iran..the SANE realize this....open your eyes and listen..liberal, REAL conservatives, socialist, left, right, gay, christian, jew, muslim, whatever title listen to the members of the SANE community talking not some crap eminating from that man's mouth.

I think Republicans want the continuation of the Iraq war for no other reason than the vicarious release of their toxic regard for everyone but themselves. And if there were only Republicans, they would cannibalize each -other.

The war is ending. International and national support is nearly gone.

You deal with it.

Have you ever fought in a war? Do you even care anything about our soldiers? Our soldiers are great at defending our country, but right now they are in the middle of a civil war. This administration lied to get us there and has continued to lie about everything that has to do with this war.

The fact remains we have a bunch of chicken hawks running this country that have no idea what it is like to defend this country and lay your life on the line.

Get Over It?

Look at the men and women who gave their lives:

How dare you be so flippant about it. This is not something to treat so lightly.

Shame on You!

Yeah dude sorry. as long as 70% of the country wants our troops home the pressure to end the war will continue. bush can bury his head in the banana tree but eventually he will have to face the fact that the Iraq war is a blunder and is doing nothing to make our country safer. In fact it has made it more vulnerable.

"deadenders". Funny. Especially considering that Bush's backers are the oil industry, military-industrial complex, medieval-minded end times evangelicals and neo-cons. All people whose time has passed. They just don't know it yet.

"Never give up. Never surrender!"

If the Republicans can whine for 8 years of the Clinton presidency, why can't the Democrats whine for a year and a half?????

Like whats the difference betwen a neo-con and a puppy?
The puppy quits whining eventually.

You guys whine when you lose and you whine louder when you win.
