I am happily married, with a child, and awaiting another one. I just want to know for my 12 (soon to be 13) year old niece if there are people out there who focus only on the looks. I never had those problems, as a matter of fact, I really didn't suffer much with boys and looks, my husband is unique. But since my beloved niece is a little chubby, (not so much) but really pretty and with a great personality, considering today's youth, will there be anyone who will accept her for who she is and look past her appearance into her personality?

Alright this is going to sound very unrealistic to a lot of you out there, and im pretty sure im going to get scolded for this from quite a few of you, but I can not find a helpful answer from anyone in my life because they are all too biased on one side or the other with this situation.

So my issue is this: I am under 18, and have been off and on with a person who has recently turned 21 since around January. Due to the age issues we have decided to remain seperate in terms of reffering to ourselves as boyfriend and girlfriend. I have never been in love before him, and I believe I could spend my entire life with him, as does he with me. Our parents don't know about us. About two weeks ago he found out that he is only going to live for a maximum of 5 years- I am completely devastated. I want to marry him and spend the rest of my life with him. I don't know if I should tell my parents or not. Marry when im 18 or not? I am so confused and head over heals in love. Help? Advice?

My dr. told me to expect a miscarriage at anytime now I should be 7.5 weeks along but the fetus is only at 5 weeks and the heartbeat is very slow. I know the doctors are right but I still hope and pray it will spontaneously turn around. Has this ever happened to anyone and has anyone had a healthy baby with those kind of odds? Also what should I expect when I start to miscarry? How long will it last. It scares me to death.

I am 18 years old, with a medical complication with my voice/throat? I can speak like a normal 18 year old, but my voice sounds scratchy at times. When my voice started to change at the age of 13, my vocal cords started not to function proberlly. That cause my voice to sound scratchy. When this all started, I had more problems with my voice. My voice has improved a little since then. I am seeing a head and neck doctor about this.

Since I had this medical complication with my voice, it seems that young children love to embarrass me, over one little issue. I have been pointed at and yelled at by young children, infront of their parents. Sometimes their parents don't even do anything, when the hear and see their child descriminating me. Since I have one medical complication with my voice, doesn't mean a person can make a scene out of me.

Why are children so addicted to the question, "Why does he talk funny?" What makes children ask nasty questions like this?

I have a son that is two his name is Luke. We are about to have a little girl in about a month. My husband is a star wars fan. He wants to name our girl Leia Grace- so she can be his lil princess and he can have a Luke and Leia. I like the name, but is it too weird to be named after star wars? I was thinking about maybe spelling it differently like laya or laeya. What do you think or should we just pick something else?

The setup: Preflop everyone folds to the button who makes a standard raise to $15. The SB calls and you call on the BB with 2♦2♣. You hit bottom set on the flop:

The SB checks and you decide to check. The button bets $25 and now the SB check raises to $75. The button has been playing a standard TAG game for shorthanded, making plenty of raises and continuation bets. The SB has been a strange mix of wild and quiet, but you haven’t seen them do anything that seems particularly stupid.
Should you raise or call??

Another thing is.. should you have bet the flop giving you a much wider range of hands that your oppenets thinks you have instead of checking it??

hi. i have an xp acer aspire 5610 laptop and today the keyboard stopped working. its so weird as i didnt actually lock it or do anything. no keys have a responce and im having to use on screen keyboard.

ive tried these things;
- do virus/spyware scans in safe mod
- system restore to a good date

in the past week its also done an odd thing; when i turn it on sometimes it says preparing to shutdown, logging off....

PLEAAASE HELP!!! thanks very much
