I do believe that super man would win, not only can he fly, he can leap buildings in a single bound. The only way to stop him is to have some cryptnonite, and I seriously doubt that hercules would have some of that handy

Hercules is an Immortal Demi God with power on the same level as Thor or Ares- in the 100+ strength range. Then theres the magic factor. Bottom line-Mortals do not defeat gods.

Superman, he's got the laser vision thing. Plus he's as strong as Hercules. Besides i dont think Hercules is smart enough to think of Kryptonite

Considering the facts that while Hercules was the strongest man in history, and Superman is not human at all, can absorb limitless amounts of solar energy, and has the strength to destroy a planet?......
I'd put my betting money on Superman...

Superman. Essentially Superman is impervious to any sort of damage. He can withstand nuclear blasts, etc.
Hercules, although incredibly strong, can still be killed. If he were struck by a spear or arrow or bullet or whatever, it could kill him. Now I am talking about the Hercules of Greek mythology and not some comic book character.

It depends on if Zues cheated for Hercules or not. If the gods stayed out of it Superman would be the winner hands down.

Superman's got flight, as well as those deadly eyes..
But Hercules has 12 lives.
Both of them aren't easy to kill.
It could be a long battle.
I'd bet on Herc.

Well umm I would say Hercules because even if he died he would'nt really because he is freakin son of zues! Either way living or dying, Superman gets the shorter end of the stick.
