How come this bike wont be available untill Sept.? I want it now!!

Whoever wrote that crap about a Victory must not ride many bikes.... Better quality? Harley has been building bikes for 105 years I'm pretty sure they've got them down by now. Victory's been around for what? ....10 years? Hell Big Dog has been around longer than that and all there bikes ride like a turd.
Anyways... most of the above statements are true about the wait, another thing that I heard is that because it is a new model it just takes a bit longer for dealers to get their orders, for example a lot of other 08's are already in some dealerships here. I just think the rocker is a bit too new. But I put $500 down on a Rocker C I'll test drive it and see how it feels, which I suggest you do the same before committing to buy.
...And because I know that Harley does their R&D I'm sure it will be great and I'll pink slip a victory any day of the week.

The Rocker is a trick looking bike, usually Harley wont release a new model year bike until after they unveil them at the Sturgis bike rally in August, probably why you can't get one until September, it is a 2008 model.

I don't know how well that new model will be received, but if you really want one, and especially if you want a specific color, you better go put down your $500 now and reserve one. Unlike Jap bikes you can't generally just walk in and buy the color you want depending on model demand. I had a really hard time finding a Softail Deluxe in the color I wanted.

Harley-Davidson website they will be available in dealership in Mid-September. Make sure you test ride first...looks aren't everything.
