If you have tendonitis or tennis elbow, about the only relief is from heating pad (or ice packs if they help more) and an anti-inflammatory such as Ibuprophen. Mine got so bad the doctor gave me a cortisone shot in the elbow and that really helped.

I\'m not sure but ,if anyone else needs to find out about how to treat tennis elbow naturally try Imforda Elbow Relief Guide (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate got great success with it.

well you can try ben gaid for ease the pain or if you feel somenthing like sore or other thing but if you pain is strong try a drug like motrin or tramadol you can find this in this site cheap and free prescription also try other drug or creams
