I buy a new computer every three years and spend about $4,000 each time. I just bought a Dell XPS 720 and I don't know what to do with my old computer. It runs a Pentium 4 3.4GHz and has 2.00 GB of RAM. Runs Windows XP Professional and everything works great on it. Is there anything I can use this for still? Or should I just toss it? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you.

The Most Gruesome Death

There was a long, long line of spirits at the gate waiting to get into heaven. Not all these spirits could fit into heaven, so the ones who died the worst death would be allowed in.

A) The first man in line started telling his story, ''Well, Peter, you see, I knew that my wife was cheating on me so I decided to come home early from work one day to catch them in action. I got home and searched all over but I couldn't find him. Then when I walked out onto the balcony, there he was dangling off the darn thing by his fingertips. So I ran and got a hammer then started beating him with it and he fell. Well, the fall didn't kill him, because he landed in a bush so I picked up the refrigerator and threw it on him. Although that killed him, the strain gave me a heart attack, and here I am.''

I just moved into a first floor apartment and I quickly became aware of a child upstairs who constantly runs and stomps around the whole place, he/she bangs on the window and really makes A LOT of noise. We just moved in and haven't met our nieghbors upstairs yet and we're giving it a couple of days to see if this is normal and if there are certain times and things he/she does. I'm afraid to say anything at all becuase parents nowadays are so oftenly crude about these things and don't care. I'm know kids run and play and there is a certain noise level I have to accept being on the bottom floor, but it goes both ways- if you live on a second floor there are certain levels of noise you have minimize and be consciencious and considerate of. I'm not sure what to say- I'm not a mom yet but am due in less than 3 mos and will have an infant in the home. I want our conversation to be as effective as possible for our own peaceful living and for my baby girl. They know we're here, by the way.

The New York Catholic Catechism, under: Pope, says,
"The Pope takes the place of Jesus Christ on earth...by divine right the pope has supreme and full power in faith and morals over each and every pastor and his flock. He is the true Vicar of Christ, the head of the entire church, the father and teacher of all Christians He is the infallible ruler, the founder of dogmas, the author of and the judge of councils; the universal ruler of truth, the arbiter of the world, the supreme judge of heaven and earth, the judge of all, being judged by one, God himself on earth."

Is this really true?
Can a Roman Catholic please explain this quote from the New York Catholic Catechism?
