From about Sept - May I was running distances a lot. 8 Miles at least 4 times a week, with the occasional 10-12 mile run. I did a half marathon in March, finished in 1:48. I did not exercize in June so I would gain some weight (ran only about 5 miles, 5 different times). Now I am not running as easy as before, struggling with 5 mile jogs. Can I run a half-marathon on Aug 5th that I signed up for/paid for months ago? I don't want to die out there but last time I didn't do any specific training and I was pretty underweight then (gained about 5lbs since).

I have always kept my 2 1/2 year old sons car seat in the backseat, in the middle seat. I am expecting number 2 in Feb.
If you have more than one child and 3rd row seating isn't an option, where do you place each car seat and why?
Is one side safer than the other?
(If we put the baby in the middle, wouldn't that be like demoting our older son? I'm not sure I can do that.)

This is totally profound but TRUE, heard it many years ago, but the full implications only hit me the other day. Sheer Genius, and sadly missed. Bill doesn't go down well with a lot of Christian Folk(Right Wing) but for me he epitomises the whole Christian view on life, common sense, look through the traditions and see the essence of what life is and what it COULD be.

I've got an A900 Samsung, and I'm with Sprint. I suppose the service is decent. But the phone itself sucks, because I've gotten it replaced about 3 times within a month due to software damage and defects. It's got an mp3 player, which I like, but that's about all I like about it, wish I never purchased it, haha.

I need to find a toddler float that will actually keep my 2 year old son above the water. He has outgrown the little infant floats that have leg holes, he needs one that goes over the top that will keep him above water. Those life jackets don't really work because if you let go, he falls forward or backwards. I need to be able to let go for a second sometimes, or to just be able to hold on to him without actually holding him.
P.S. I have to order it off the internet, so if you know of a good online store that has stuff like this that would be very helpful also

Right ive got a Nintendo DS Original and a m3 simply card.
When i try and connect to my wireless router with an original DS card (Mario Kart) I have no problem what so ever also if i try and connect to the router using a backup (Mario Kart) on the m3 simply card i have no problem.
BUT...
If io try and connect via any home brew Apps ive downloaded i have no luck at all..
So my router isnt the problem.
Ive tried with and with out WEP on.
Tried DHCP ip and STATIC.
No Firewall on router.
Please Help as i cant find anything on the net about this that acually helps me..Im comp lit so im fairly sure as to what im doing altho networking does puzzle me at times..

I have a 1994 Chevrolet K3500 6.5L Turbo Diesel 4X4. At 55 mph I have around 2250 rpm. At 65 mph I have around 2750 rpm. This truck has a Hydra-matic 4L80E 4-Speed Overdrive transmission. The info stickers are worn off the truck and I have no operators manual. These RPMs seem high to me. What is my gear ratio (3.73, 4.10, higher?) (And yes the transmission is shifting into overdrive and the torque converter is locking up)
