+ Discuss what is on their heart
+ Answer questions
+ Pray with and for them

When you feel they are ready direct them to the RCIA Inquiry group at their local parish.

They can go and ask any questions they want.

There is no obligation to become a Catholic and they can stop at any time.

With love in Christ.

Knock on the persons door and tell them they have been living a life of sin, quote some bible crap about how good heaven is, ask them if they think going to heaven would be nice, tell them when Jesus returns to earth everyone will be judged however those without sin will go to heaven, so all the person has to do is live and die by a book that is over 2000 years old full of tales to be sure to make him fear his new creator.

Alternatively you could do something worthwhile like sponsoring a child in Africa, then you might actually "save" someone literally.
