I never had a boyfriend ever, I am a decent good girl and a devouted follower of my religion. Anyways, this guy comes to me and starts flirting and I do the same and then this other guys come and starts to join for no reason and I dont even talk to him. Like, why are they coming after me do they think I am easy cuz all their friends stare at us and smile and giggle and what not. I mean I am a mature girl for my age, am fourteen. I know I need to not be involved with them or flirt with them but the teacher doesnt care! I am fourteen. I think they might think I'm easy-what do you think? Oh yeah and another third guy joins in and my friend (girl) comes and then the teacher breaks us up.

So, obviously, I don't know all the details on the concert, but i remember seeing it advertised on TV and thinking, "How is a concert going to help in the effort to prevent global warming?" I understand that a huge part of the concert has to do with raising awareness, but did that message really get across? It was a concert for goodness' sake, were there any long speeches involved, cuz I would think most people just went to enjoy the music and feel better about themselves(psh). I heard tickets were about $120 a person. Were the proceeds used for something? If so, what exactly? Is it the money that's supposed to help in this "fight" against global warming? HOW?! I just don't get it, and would appreciate some help. Sorry this is so long-winded. Thanks for your time :)

My roommate and I are both Christians. She very kindly opened her condo to me for the summer, and I am paying rent to live here. We have gotten along great... until last week when I told her that I was having my guy friend over to play Halo and have frozen pizza. He's not a boyfriend, or even a crush. We are just friends and have been good friends for 4 years.

But, my roommate says that no guys are allowed alone in the house with either of us, as a house rule. A small group of people is fine, and a girl is fine, but no guys alone.

I feel like the rule is really absurd. I'm an adult and can make my own moral decisions... I'd be fine if she said nobody was allowed at all, but the fact that it's only guys means she thinks we're going to do something in her house.

But, I realize that it's her house, and if she feels uncomfortable with what might be happening behind closed doors, then it's her right to lay down rules, even if they're strict.

What do you think?

Ok, so two days ago i bought an office (5 comp) version of Norton Internet Security. After installing it on an office computer which is used for financial purposes it seemed to work, but this morning (two days after) the computer won't work at all (works for like 5 min then goes blue and the error message:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL appears.)

Then screen also says that "a problem has been detected and windows has been forced to shut down to prevent damage to your computer"



HELP!! What should i do to fix this? I desperately need to use this computer and don't know anything about computers

I've found that my lap top and cell phone batteries on an occasion might loose the ability to retain a charge, but if I let them die out for a few days they regain the ability and will charge properly. When I ask for instance a cell phone provider or a person at CompUSA I get a bizzare and lame excuse about batteries "forgetting". What's the actual technical explanation for this?

When does someone go from having nice things to being spoiled?
I'd say my family are pretty well off. We have many material items.

I'd class myself as being very lucky. I pretty much have everything I need and want.

But I don't think I'm spoiled. I have my own job, I do well at school and I think I'm quite mature. I don't brag about what I have though. I do community service aswell.

But where is the line between being spoiled and just having nice things?

I received a voice mail message on my cell phone over the weekend from an employer (Company A) who interviewed me last Friday morning. The company offered me the job. I was caught completely off guard as the main interviewer said that the decision to hire for the position would be made in a week after they interview several other people for the opening. The problem is that I have another job interview (Company B) tomorrow afternoon. How do I hold off the first offer until I can speak with the other company? Especially what should I tell Company A?

My sister's friend is at my house. She yells at me every time i touch her electronics and if i do than she yells at me. What is a nice way that i can let her know that i won't hurt them and that i just want to play her games. This girl is 2 years younger than me and her games are her life.
