I read this article a couple of years ago about a black guy who took a DNA test and found out he wasn't. It raised some interesting questions about identity, and also whether he was ethically obligated to change how he identifies himself.

A similar issue came up with the guy in the famous crying Indian ad in the Sixties, Iron Eyes Cody. He was actually Italian, but Indians didn't mind that he identified as Indian.

I want to make a 5' 5" quarterpipe out of wood for skateboarding, (you know, a mini ramp) and I need to know which shops to go to (like Home Depot, no locals) to get these supplies (note: I am not very familar with woodworking, screws, etc. so please help out if you have created anything like a wooden ramp before):
3 to 5 sheets of plywood
3 to 5 sheets of Masonite
at least 12 2x4s
a steel or any metal round pipe
any screw (please tell me which one's best for the job), and long
nails (not sure which ones to pick)
also, please estimate how much this will cost.

If anyone has built a wooden ramp before, please help out with this. Thank you!

At the moment I have an Nvidia Geforce 4 MX4000 64mb....yeah I know. I wasted money. The thing is, it works quite nicely with my pc. I recently tried to upgrade to an Nvidia GeForce 6200 256mb. It ran WoW beautifully, but when I tried to run yahoo messenger, firefox, simple applications it would freeze, flash, or just plain crash. One of my friends bought the same gfx card for his shitty Compaq and it works better than mine. What is the cheapest solution to the problem? Are there any better gfx cards I should try?

The patch is poking out in the middle, and the goldfish looks like it's gonna pop. The patch is clear/white. What is it, and how do I fix it??? Is it normal, or fatal? PLEASE ANSWER! I don't know what to DO. The fish is at LEAST 5 years old. Maybe more.

My daughter Hayden who is 11 years old is stuffing her bra's to make he boobs look bigger. Ever since she was little she wanted to have boobs. But now that she is in Middle School she feel slike she has to have them. All of her friends have started their periods and she hasn't. So today when she came down stairs. I could see that she stuffed her bra that she stole from her older sister because she doesn't have any yet. Her sister started her period when she was 9 years old, but now Hayden feels like there is something wrong with her like she thinks she is a freak or something. I don't know what to do. When she went outside our nextdoor neighbors have 4 sons and one is in Haydens grade and the other is going out with my other daughter Lorraina. But Mike the one who is 11 just stared and couldn't keep his eyes off her chest. So I call Hayden inside and told her to go upstairs and unstuff her self. What do I do now. Mike likes her and she like him. So all she wants is too look older. Help

He works 2nd shift and I work during the day. So I never get to see him. I have a very high sex drive, and whenever I want it, I have to BEG him for it! Sometimes I have to wonder if he is cheating on me. Whenever we do have sex, he always wants it doggie style.

He could easily get away with it since I'm not home from 7:30am-5:30 pm. He is also bi so he could have a boyfriend instead of another girlfriend! What do you think?

(Oh yeah, It's not low testosterone levels, he was tested for it last month because he is losing his hair at 20 years old)

the girl i live with is really starting to freak me out...its as if everything i do she has to mimic and im finding it a bit suffocating....i moved in to her house about 4 months ago...anyway for the first time in 6 months had a date and because she did not have a date she literally went on the internet and found any guy like a mad rush, there have been many a times i have not had a date and been on my own and because this one time i had a date its like she had to prove she could get one too and she is 30! Now she has decided she want to change careers and try what i do for a living and she is even hell bent on working for the same company?? Im 26 so i dont know why she feels the need to be this way,, why do you think she is behaving like this??? Do you think she has issue should i speak to her about it how do approach the situation has this ever happened to anyone else???

If your on a plane and its raining, and your already in the sky, way up in the clouds, would you see the rain going down, or would you still see it in the clouds and see it hitting the plane?
