I usually dab myself off with a towel so that I'm not completely dry and then I put lotion on and let myself air dry the rest of the way.

Combination. If I have time I like to air dry on my bed after a shower. I don't usually towel dry my arms and legs because I put lotion or sunscreen on after a shower and it absorbs better if I don't dry my arms and legs.

I towel dry all the naughty bits and leave my hair and the rest of my body to air-dry while I walk around the house naked.

I use a towel, even though I know I shouldn't. Because that's what gives you that lint in your hair that ends up in the hairbrush. (A really smart lady taught me that once!)
I think letting your hair air dry just keeps you feeling hotter, especially if you have really long hair like I do. That is quite a bit of weight, all that hair soaked with water on top of your head.
