MM2k has been around for quite some time now. if used properly it can be a very effective bench routine.

it is designed specifically for those looking to increase the bench press. the bicep brachii is only used as a dynamic stabilizer during benching so in that aspect it's not a very important muscle for that particular movement

the bicep is a small muscle and does not need much direct stimulation. it gets plenty of stimulation during back training if it is performed properly and with sufficient intensity. the tricep is 2/3 of the upper arm so if you want big guns you need to focus on that

I haven't used that program but every program I've ever used didn't say stop when you've done the lifts listed here. Most of them had the core lifts, bench, squat, ect. and then also had you do other lifts for whatever you felt you needed work on.

Just like anything else if you feel your weight program isn't good enough in one area don't stop just because it doesn't list anything else.
