im 20 weeks ive been cramping, hurting in my lower stomach & back, & passing some mucus. my boobs have started hurting feeling full & heavy & have started leaking. I went into labor early with my last one but got it stopped at 24 weeks

Low back pain is a very big sign of preterm labor. What you are describing sounds like pre-term labor, however may turn out to be nothing, but don't take that chance, and call your doctor right away. They will do a non-stress test.
