I know liz Claibourne, Madonna, and afew others took the tuxedo, top hat , cigar and made pants something ladies could wear fashionably. They but a twist on gender and femininity.
Short hairstlyes were cool, and casual could be sexy for some ppl.
but who started most of this? And who are some there example of women doing this!?

i own a small internet provider business. i have several customers that are way past due on their accounts, 90 days+ and $200+ past due.

i've mailed notices and left messages on their answering machines notifying them that there service will be terminated if payment is not received, immediately.

this morning, i terminated service to all of the customers that were still past due (most of them were).

now, i feel like crap (the bad guy) for doing it.

why?

i've been trying to figure it out all day and haven't come up with a reason why i'm the one that feels bad about it.

any ideas?

I'm a guy, and I keep seeing these TV commercials for cardboard tampons. What's the new advantage? I mean, isn't it already uncomfortable enough for women to have to put those things up inside themselves? And now they're making them out of CARDBOARD?!! Ladies, please explain.

I have a friend who had shorts on that were two sizes two big for her on and she had to hold them up with a belt. I thought it was a skirt from the side but when I saw they were shorts, I said, "Oh, for a minute there I thought that was a skirt." She got all mad and started saying her mom was basically poor and practically all her clothes come from Salvation Army and the big shorts were twenty-five cents. I started to say that I thought buying used clothes is actually kind of cool (because it actually is) but she said to drop the subject and now she's really mad. What should I do?

I really wish i could. I Have tried countless times to see it their way and i can't. I simply cannot see how they believe in the bible. Believing in a god i can understand but believing in all the innane BS that comes when spirituality congeles into an organized religion seems so .......well stupid to put it stupidly
