There is probably more paperwork and background checks involved in HLS. Also most of them are paid instead of volunteers.
AlQaeda likely has a better marketing/media group to reach the demographic they are looking for with thier brand message.

ha ha ha....it certainly makes you wounder doesn't it.....I mean such people like osama and al qoeda does not have to make publicity stuns and stuff such as that yet their followers are loyal to them.....hmmmmmm a lesson worth learning for those who have ambitions in the political arena....i wonder what is their secrets....they did not even promise anything to these followers......he he he....i like this.....
by the way i even saw some people wearing tshirts with osama face printed on them (in london) and these youngster isjust having a faze.....you know like a rock metal groupie...he he he these people are not even muslim fanatics....the funny thing is that who make them famous in the first place.......if they had been left in their places do you think they will have this worldwide fame......
