I really wish i could. I Have tried countless times to see it their way and i can't. I simply cannot see how they believe in the bible. Believing in a god i can understand but believing in all the innane BS that comes when spirituality congeles into an organized religion seems so .......well stupid to put it stupidly

The biggest thing i cant understand is how they can blindlessly believe something one day, then the next day have a the church tell you they changed there mind then you believe that blindlessly. To me thats the deffinition of a cult :S

I used to be a christian. Now I look back and wonder how I could have believed what I did. I am glad to be where I am now!

I used to think like a Christian, used to be one. Then I grew up, literally.


I suppose it could be viewed as ignorant bliss, but I wouldn't close my mind if you promised me eternal life and a jewel crown

I used to be Christian, and I'm glad I was, because I now know how wrong it is to believe mindlessly in something without question, merely because you're "supposed to"

No. I don't understand why they believe what is obviously not true. I don't want to know what it is like to follow blindly. I'm a thinker and a leader and that is what I'll do!

You need to switch the word 'think' for something else. Christians do not think, they follow and believe.
