First of all, a goldfish will have to be about 2-3 years old before it can breed at all. A feeder is only weeks old when you buy it, so no doubt he has quite a bit of time before it's old enough to breed.

Also, they need loads of space to grow large enough to be good breeders. A small group of feeders will need a 90 gallon tank or more to grow out well.

(it s way harder rto have a goldfish to have babys)well they need to be 2 years old at leasst in a big aquarium.
The water must be at 26 to 26 celcius and check when a fish stats chasing another you must separe them and wate at least 1 week. than sepere the male (the 1 that was chasing the other goldfish) and the female will have her babys then take out the female(carefull she will be really tired) and feed the babys with special baby fish food than feed them withn that for 2 months and them treat them like bigger fish.

PD: Goldfish can have around 500 babys

Goldfish don't breed as often as guppies. You will be able to tell if "she" is pregnant if she's fat on only one side. Even then, it will lay eggs, not have live babies like guppies.
