for some reason physicians keep pushing drugs on patients that have bad side effects (as if they didn't know), and then strangely a couple of years down the line here's a lawyer beckoning those who are suffering to call his office to start a class action suit.

good point freedom fighter.
the FDA should be co-defendants with the drug-companies.

It's not the doctors who push the drugs that are harmful. They are counting on the drug companies and the FDA for their information. Trust me, most physicians have a lawyer on retainer, or at least on speed dial! Working with a lawyer won't prevent medical problems. The best thing would be if the American public could understand that nothing is 100% safe and bad things are going to happen to some people. The alternative is to not use anything and suffer from whatever illness you have.

all medications will have some sort of side effects, you just have to have the good outweigh the bad. Also there are so many ambulance chasing attorneys out there, makes you wonder if there really is a need for them and that service or are they in this area of law because the general public has become sue happy instead of holding a regular job.
