People claim to be tolerant, but if you ask them a simple question about faith, they get all huffy and claim you are "forcing" them to do something.

Most of the Christians I know do not FORCE people to believe anything. Belief in Christ must be a personal choice. Christians are just following their beliefs by sharing and informing everyone they meet about the Truth of the Gospel.

So why do people get in such a huff? Can't not the people who preach tolerance, practice it?

i am currently working at a theater and i have been working there for a couple of months now. I did leave a two weeks notice but yeaterday i changed my mind and told my city manager that i wanted to go ahead and stay untill i find my next job.He let me stay there longer. Should I continue to stay there untill i find another job??because it is an easy job. It gets busy sometimes and there are lots of ghetto people that go in there complaining but i don't want to quit that job that is like the easiest job that i have had so far.what do you think???????give me some advice and no rude comments.

What about the extreme case where a pregnancy is going to be born still born, and the risk exists that if the mother has the birth, it will prevent her from having future children.

President Clinton vetoed the Partial Birth Abortion Ban in his Administration standing with him were 3 mothers, 2 Christians, 1 Jewish woman, who had this procedure because the baby was going to be born still born and it would have rendered their reproductive system inoperable if they continued to full term.

Having the abortion protected their ability for further offspring, a real baby that would be born.

Wouldn't those abortions instead be pro-life, since those mothers are then able to have children going forward?

My daugher just turned 7 months and measures 28 inches and weighs 17 pounds 13 ounces. I dont think I overfeed her. She drinks about 24 ounces of formula a day. About 4 tablespoons of baby cereal and a tub and a half of 2nd foods. How big is/was your baby at 7 months and what did you feed them?

Some people get mad because she is helping people in other countries or mostly the African continent. I think it's dumb when some U.S. people get mad at her and say "we need help here" or whatever, when our type of "poor" is no where close to the type of "poor" in Africa. It really gets on my nerves when the African American people get mad at Oprah. They say that she needs to help her people, well guess what...SHE IS! The African Americans here have it good, if they are poor it's because they are too lazy to get a job and they always depend on Welfare too much. African Americans have a lot of choices for help, there is nothing for the real Africans in Africa to get help from. I saw an episode of Oprah where she was talking about these kids who are sold by their parents to go fish for other people. They work almost all day with only one meal. Anways, my question is, what is your point on getting mad at Oprah for helping other people from another land, or what is your opinion?

the other day my son was digging up some rose bushes by our house, he found a cacoon about 2-3 inches down in the dirt. it's dark brown, about 3-4 inches long, as thick around as a plumper hotdog. if you look closely you can see a wing-like structure, so it will be some kind of butterfly or moth, but we'd like to know if anyone can help us identify the type. we've never known of any that burrow to morph. it's way too big to be a cycada. thanks for your help!

I have always worked, ever since he was 3 months old. I am now only working 3 days but leaving in the morning on those days. He starts crying the night before i have to work, telling me how much he will miss me. He wakes up all night long those nights and then in the morning seems to know right when i am leaving and jumps out of bed and chases me to the car, crying hysterically. I am not sure what to do anymore but it is affecting his sleep and my work status. Not sure what to do anymore!!!

I eat about 5 cups of black beans a day cause I lift weights & they are effective for what Im trying to accomplish. The only thing is they give me really bad gas, ive tried gas x, ive tried beano & neither really helped. So I am wondering are there any other remedies out there for gas / farting? Maybe is there a prescription from a doctor i can get or something
