I have moved into a rented flat and i have two cats they are currently at my parents house and i want to move them in with me, i have got permission from the landlord on the understanding that any damaged is paid for, every room in the flat ius covered with textured wall paper, does any one know of a way to stop my cats ripping it too pieces as they have done with this kind of wallpaper in the past?? they have got a scratch post but the wall paper always seems to be the biggest draw.

well a friend of mine and his brother is about 19....and he met 1 of his fathers friends....and he has a daughter whose 8...

and he said he likes her.....

he said he wants to wait till hes successfull has a good job and lot a money and he says that that al take 9 to 10 yrs and hel be about 30 by time he gets married....

i think thats fine....but the problem is he likes that girl....and his brother is telling me he has a crush on that little girl....and really he wants to wait....till she grows up so that shes about 20...or somet when hes like 30....and then he wants to get friends with her and may be tryn get married....

i dont know what to say.....

do you think a person could like a kid...so much that he wants to wait 10 yrs till this girl is old enough so that he can get friends with her....and may be marry his love....

he doesnt think of her in a sexual way....just coz shes cute....and looks very beautifull....

Do you wash tins of food before you open them?
I do. If you think about it, when you take the lid off it most times falls in the food.
Just where has that lid been? Sat on a dusty shelf in the store, sometimes near the floor.
How many times have other shoppers picked it up to read the label? Did they wash their hand the last ime they visited the loo/john/dunny?
How many people have sneezed on it? Germs travel a long way from a sneeze.
Hope that has given you all something to think about while I go out for the rest of the day. lol x

I am looking to trim down but maybe 5-6 pounds.

If I cut out sugar, will that help? I drink alot of tea and don't like it without sweetness - should I try sweeteners?

I would like ideas for breakfast, snacks and packed lunches that are healthy and good for losing weight.

I don't eat any fast foods.

I don't often drink fizzy drinks but I sometimes crave Cocal Cola. Do the Diet and Zero fizzy drinks actually work? Are they really lower fat?

Is soya milk more fattening than cow's milk?

What kinds of foods should I be cutting out of my diet? Bread, potatoes, cheese...??
