Cut out white breads, fried foods, oily foods, and anything very unhealthy. Don't eat trans fats, and allow yourself one small fun food a day (like a 100 calorie icecream bar).
The best foods for weight loss are lean proteins (fish, chicken breasts, sliced turkey), and whole grains. These are filling and keep you satisfied for hours!
A good breakfast is a small bowl (3/4cup) of whole grain cereal (less than 6g sugar) with lowfat or nonfat milk on it. Or you could have an eggwhite omlet (good protein).
A great lunch is a salad with some chicken on it. Make sure your dressing is lowfat and not high calorie, and only put 2 tablespoons on it. A sandwich with whole grain bread is good too.
Dinners that are good would be anything with lean meat and some brown rice (very filling!). Or whole grain pasta made with tomatoes, olive oil, spinach, and broccoli. Just choose filling foods. Lots of vegetables, and keep your calorie count in check.
You need between 1,200 and 1,500 to lose weight.
Good luck! :)

Don't eat carbs late in the day, no later than 5 or 6 in the evening. Eat 5 small meals a day, eat til you are satisfied not full. Eat lots of fruit with natural sugars, and do not eat late at night. Make sure you stay hydrated and excercise for 30 minutes a day. you will lose 5 pounds permanately in a week or two if you keep that up. The only problem is its difficult to do

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.

Cut out: Carbohydrates, (hard one for me, because I love pasta and breads) Soda, Sugar, and Candy.
Of course you can have them once in awhile but it's in moderation.
