Usually caused by strees and lack of sleep, and not eating right. East some good meals that have all your basics in them, drink a lot of water, and go to bed eary a few nights ina row. Relax a bit and do nto worryaobut so many things at once! It should clear up. It is just your bady's way of telling you to slow down and get some rest! Annoying little things huh?

It should go away on it's own. I just had this happen to me and it went on for a little over a month and then just all of the sudden stopped. For me, it was only my right eye. I read online that it happens from having a lot of stress. I saw that someone else posted that it's a lack of potassium, I haven't heard that that causes twitches but it could be right. Try to limit your stress (the best that you can) and try not to think about it because that will make you stress aswell. If it's still going on past a month then I would maybe talk to a doctor because I have also read that en eye twitch will usually go away on it's own but it some cases you have to go and get a shot and then that makes it stop twitching. Hope this helps you.

You are probably just having a muscle spasm. It should go away soon. I have eye twitching from time to time and it will last an hour or so. It seems to come on if I'm under a lot of stress or have squinted my eyes (to read or from the sun) for a long period of time. If you've had it for more than a day or so you should check with your doctor.

um well eye twitching is usually a cause of stress. it will probably pass. But it might go on for a few days. If theres a lot of stress in your life, try to calm down. But if the twitching dosnt stop i recomend seeing a doctor.

It's a lack of potassium in your diet. Try eating a banana. It'll help with muscle twitches like that.

It's very common and happens from stress or lack of sleep. Looking at your other questions, you are WAY too worried about silly things. Quit obsessing over boys and sex. You DON'T need a boyfriend, you're too young and it is consuming all your energy. Get busy, make yourself useful and your stress will go away.
If you're 20 years old I will eat my hat.

If it happens AFTER a stressful time, it's called "Bluffer's Tremor", named after bettors who've won, and no longer need to maintain the poker face.
I actually used to get it the morning after graduate school exams.
I'm sure the long hours of reading / eye strain, plus caffeine didn't help the problem.

My left lower eye lid does that sometimes when I'm nervous, but then it goes away. I wouldn't worry too much about it, unless in gets increasingly worse whereas you should see your family doctor who would prescribe you some sort of anti-anxiety med like Valium.

It is more than likely just a sign that you are either stressed, or tired...get some good ZZZ's and relax and it should go away...
I've had it several times myself...it drives ya nuts, I know...but it really is quite common and nothing to worry about.
