Well I could tell you how to appear to have breasts for the time being. There's no way I'm telling you to take pills or put on same cream some quack is selling on TV. There are bras that can help you. They have what is very similar to silicone pad dings stitched into the material.. They'll give you a bust line...thy worked miracles on a friend of mine. I gather you're still very young. Wear something with a frilly front. that makes the chest appear bigger. You're lucky you know. alot of woman have to avoid those like the plague. Keep doing those exercise I told you to do. And finally there's a lot more to a girl or woman than 'boobies". it's becoming an obsession. Avoid very tight tops too. Flowing cropped tops are more flattering.

How old are you?
There is no step-by-step guideline for this...you just have to wait until your body does it naturally. This could start happening anywhere between the ages of 9 to 14.

Well, there's not much aside from surgery. You can do push ups to build the muscle under the breasts. You can also gain a little weight or get on birth control pills. That's about it.

Buy a good push up bra to enhance what you already have.

Ur probably to young and if you really want
your boobs bigger wear a water push up bra
and a lot of padded bra's and jus wait
they will grow sooner or later

I can't. They will grow when they are ready and will be a size predetermined by your DNA/genetics. Women don't stop growing until they are in their early twenties. (Of course, there is always surgery, but I think that is a very drastic way to get them.)

Hmm, you get all kinda of crazy pills on the internet for that type of thing, but I wouldnt try them.
Maybe get surgery... or a padded rounded bra... or get pregnant, it's amazing how HUGE your breasts go!
