Jesus was a cool dude forty days without food,
devil tried to tempt him but that's okay,
He's got love on his face,
no disgrace,
He's spreading his love all over the face,
saying, "We will, We will do right"
saying, "We will, We will do right"



satan got a little frustrated, couldn't believe he couldn't take him down,
With his lies of promises and prosperity,
Jesus said, "satan get behind me, devil you're beneath me!"
Because of Jesus we can stand proud and say,
"we will, we will do right!" (like Jesus in the Bible days)
"we will, we will do right!"

satan took him to a mountain high, said Jesus you can fly,
You are the king, surely the angels would not let you die,
Jesus said, "Tempt me no mo', satan you've got to go!"
We're following Jesus Christ our Savior,
and now we flow,
"we will, we will do right (like Jesus in the Bible days)
"we will, we will do right, do right!"

My dh & I have been married for over 5 years & are both in our 40's (me early 40's - him late). He used to be SO considerate & sweet, but things are different now.

He used to talk bad about men that walked ahead of their wives, now HE does it if he's preoccupied. He used to call me pet names, rub my feet every time we were sitting down, make candle lit baths for me, & hold my hand when we were walking or driving. He'd do 1/2 of the housework. He made me feel like a princess.

Things are changing. I don't consider myself spoiled, but sure loved the way he used to treat me. Now I do most of the housework, all the laundry, help work in the yard, pay all the bills & run errands. Plus, I have a fulltime job like him.

He's home right after work every night though & says he's happy (I asked him recently). Is this what happens when things 'settle down'? Is the friendship part of the relationship starting ALREADY? I love him very much-should I be worried? Is he just spoiled now??

i kind of know what a watt is but i tried to look up volt but it gives me all these definitions to god knows what it means, so in simple easy terms what is a watt and what is a volt and how are they different, also if a power plant can produce 900 megawatts of power how big of a city could that power?

An Atheist group tried to keep charities from getting Federal funding, just because they were faith-based:

Now, you guys can try to pursue your agenda, that's OK. But, can't you at least open your black hearts for a second and see that this is helps people????
Just because a charity is faith-based doesn't mean that they don't do good deeds.

And, if you want to say this is unconstitutional, that's fine, but try to do so without using the phrase "Separation of Church and State", as it isn't in the Constitution. In fact, the only part in the first amendment is this:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion"

And since they are allowing this funding to ALL charities, secular and ALL religions, I don't see how it is violating the 1st Amendment. If a Wiccan charity would come up, they would get the same funding as a Christian one.

She lives in a house I own.
Does not pay rent or utilities even when she had a job.
Has no job at the present she is picky about what job she gets, is lazy and don't want to work very hard. She has had jobs and is good at them.
I have taken her around to places to find a job, get applications, she forgets to take them back.
She was going to some classes and was going to quit because she has to get caught up on her college loan to finish it, so I think she quit the classes (which I paid $200 for).
I paid her water bill because it was shut off and the electricity because it was about to be shut off. I am afraid I will be stuck with the bill anyway, since I am the landowner.
I don't want to kick my own child out on the street. I would let her move back "home" but I don't have high speed internet she needs to play her online games.
I need some ideas from experienced people. Are there any other kids who are doing this or other parents who are experiencing this

Why is it that people that are math gurus cant convert there gifts into profits. Im sure some people will name a handfull of people who have, but 98,70956%:-) of math teachers, physicists and any other's that have these gifts barely make ends meat?

We were rear-ended at a red light back in Feb. Police was called and a report filed. I ended up going to see a Chiropractor from Feb - May for treatment for my neck. The bill is close to $2000. The insurance of the person who hit us only wants to pay $500. What can I do? Is it going to cost me if I get a lawyer. I don't want any extra money. I just want the bill payed. I don't have the money to pay the difference (1500) Will threatening them with a lawyer get them to work work with me? I am not sure what my options are. thanks..

I continually see JWs write things like:

"We are the ONLY ones that go door to door."

"We have done _____ amount of preaching."

I even see JWs boasting the title of the persecuted Christians!
