The half banana theory is my term for the belief by evolutionists that human beings are descended from apes.They claim that since our DNA is 98% similar to that of chimpanzees it is “evidence” we have the same grandparents.Well, by their way of thinking we must also be half banana as the DNA in bananas is 50% similar to human.Ramapithecus,once widely regarded as the ancestor of humans,has now been recognized as merely an extinct type of orangutan.A Chinese farmer glued together the head and body of a primitive bird and the tail and hind limbs of a dromaeosaur dinosaur,and in 1999 completely fooled the world-wide scientific community into thinking that they had found the “missing link” between carnivorous dinosaurs and modern birds.Orce man found in 1982 was hailed as the oldest fossilized human remains ever found in Europe.One year later officials admitted the skull was not human,but probably came from a 4-month old donkey.

I had known for a while now that my son was gay and was not surprised when he finally came out to me yesterday. the problem is his father (my ex husband) is going to hit the roof when or if he finds out. He is extreamely religious and i mean extreamely. He and his new wife are pastors of their own church and have publicly condemed homosexuals. In fact they are one of those types who belive that it can be cured "as long as they have god into their lives." He and my son already don't understand each other because my son is not into religion at all. his father forced him to get baptized to quote" keep the evil away" My son was not happy after that and told me he never wanted to see his dad again. He is going back and forth as to ever tell him, but he knows his father will find out eventually and either try to "cure" him or worse flat out reject him. He is scared of both outcomes even though throughout his life his father has never really been there for him. What should my son do?

The back of the book states :

As x approaches 0 from the left, x / | x | approaches -1. As x approaches 0 from the right, x / | x | approaches 1. There is no single number L that the function values all get arbitrarily close to as x approaching 0.

I still don't understand this answer. Can someone clarify it for me? What is another way of answering this question? Can't we just state anything divided by zero is undefined?

This local vendor sells an excellent german chocolate cake, but she uses the icing ingredients (coconut, pecans, etc..) as part of the cake, i just can't find a recipe like it online. I doubt she'll give away her secret recipe.

I'd love to make her cake, something a little more than an iced sponge cake would be good, but I have no idea where to start!!

Although I am reasonably proficient in the kitchen, I am by no means an experienced cake decorator. Does anyone have any good ideas (with instructions please!) for a simple but effective cake? I was wondering about perhaps the hedgehog cake that was so impressive when we were younger... or a duck, or a ladybird would go down well with my daughter. Or a flower, seeing as her name is Daisy!

Pennies are limited at the moment, so buying fancy cake tins is out.

Please understand this is not a question about judging parents who choose to do this for whatever reason. I'm just curious. I am considering having my children home schooled however, when they grow up, what do the parents do? It appears to be 24/7 you and your children, but at some point they go to college or go out on their own. What then? How are the relationships with their spouses?

1. I have a labtop windows xp and its wireless, but i cant connect to the internet. I was wondering that it is maybe turned off. My cousin, I think turned it off? How do I turn it back on?I saw my cousin go to control panel and then I got lost, where do I go after control panel?
2. My other question is that I am going out the country for vacations and i am wondering if the internet would work outside the country? The internet i have is not dial-up it is DSL. Would it work?
