I want to become a better flyer but i dont know how to improve more on my own

Work to be flexible, get tight abs, learn to lock out your legs, and learn to stay tight. Try cutting a pool noddle in half so that it has a flat side, then cut it to fit your foot. Put it down on the floor on the rounded side and try standing on it and keeping your balance while you pull tricks.

Also try doing the exercises on the website below. They will help you tremendously.

you should always be very tight when you are in the air i am always a flyer in cheerleading if you are very loose it is hard for your bases to hang onto you
