Are you willing to have an open discussion ( it appears there are some out there) or do the rest of us just have to put up with the smug comments by those whop hold to the same belief? I know some of you are decent respectful people and I would love to have an open discussion on religion with you, but so far answers are either ignored, mocked or given an ad hominem answer. Are there any of you willing to just discuss the subject without this? I doubt I would end up changing your basic mind on theology but I might change your mind on those of us who hold those ideas and we both might learn something.This is not an attack on all of you, but you know that there are some who you wish would believe something else so they don't embarass you with their conduct (been there done that) Is anyone up to discussion rather than mudraking?

I wanted to order some plants from www.directgardening.com and was wondering how the plants would come? I wanted to order some hedges and it doesn't say anywhere on there how they come.How tall they are or anything! Any help? I've never ordered plants over the internet before so I'm a little shady about ordering.

She told me that in two days all cell phone companys will release all phone numbers and we will start recieving sales calls from all over and we have to pay for those calls!! She included a number that you're suppose to call to block these calls. It's one number for all cell phone users!! Is this spam? Is it true that our cell companies will be releasing our numbers? This seems unconstitutional that they can call a cell number that we have to pay to advertise.

ok ppl i really need help a good friend of mine is getting married tommorow (they have been together for year and have a 11 year old daughter) but anyway i found out my boy has a baseball tourement at noon and the wedding is at 1 and out of town i did not know until wednesday about this tourement but my boy has never missed a game and this is the last of the season and without him they dont have enough kids to play well i asked my friend how mad she would be if we didnt make the wedding but came to the reception and she got mad and said you have ball games all season why does he have to go and why come if you cant be there for the wedding she is paying 13.00 for each meal and i toldd her if i didnt make it i would pay for are meals and still give her a gift so am i wrong putting my child first? do i take the chance of losing a friend am i being greedy or is she i really want to go to my kids game and she is making me fell guilty for that telling me to send him with others what to do?

I often have these feelings that my husband is still talking to his x-wife. They don't have any children together..., I just feel like they sould'nt be talking to one another. I don't want to be jelous.., or overwhelmed with the idea that my husband is doing something behide my back. I mean she called and left a msg. just to let him know she was back from her vacation. There not together anymore, why is she checking in with him...? I don't want to be that wife that's always breathing down there husband neck, but I'm hurt and I don't know how to deal with my feeling that I've been feeling. I have a question:

If an object is sliding on the earths surface:

and slows down due to kinetic friction, and only the object is
taken as the system, the kinetic force is taken as the external force.

But if both the earth and the object are taken as a system, is the kinetic force an EXTERNAL or INTERNAL force?

Can the frictional force change the momentum of the two body system?

Please explain your answers/ define why you say its an external/internal force

January of this year my boyfriend had his sister over for his birthday. I was 8 months pregnant at this time. Everyone was drinking and she got really pissed off when she found out that me and my boyfriend planned the pregnancy. She got in my face saying i was going to leave him in a year and just going crazy for no reason.. anyway boyfriend told her to get out. He went outside and i stayed inside but i could hear them threw the bedroom window and she said that i only got pregnant because my mother died and that was my way with dealing with it.. My mother died June15 of last year and i concieved May 30th. To this day she is not aloud to come anywhere me or my child because i feel she is unstable.. Do you think this is wrong to keep her out of my childs life?? Even though she didn't seem to care much with i was 8 months pregnant?

Every one Thinks Portland should pick Oden just because he is a big man they and harder to come by. You know what they are harder to come by. Portland shouldn't make the same mistake the L.A. Clippers did by drafting Oliwakandi. Its not just him it seems that big men are overrated just because they are big men. You can also look a Detriot's dumb desicinon in 03. They picked Darko Milicic and not Bosh, Melo, Wade, Hinrich. We also can't forget overrated Kwame Brown. So when people say it dosen't mater who is better you should pick the Big man i say bullsh*t. You take the better player because Portland already has 5 big guys anyway.

Wed night I got a call from a guy who said I was chosen to recieve a free $1000 shopping spree, and 3 free magazine subscriptions. I had a feeling this was a scam. Well he said they would send out the stuff in the mail in 5 days, so I said ok, then he said his boss was going to call me to make sure everything was good. So the boss called back a few min later and goes over everything with me, and then.. says that I have to pay for Time magazine every week in order to get this shopping spree and other magazines. He said it would be about $15 a month, and asked me how I would like to pay for it. Well I was not going going to give someone my credit card info over the phone, so I told the guy I did not have my credit card with me, so he said he would call the next day..
